Abstract

클러치는 평형 장치(132)를 고정하기 위한 평형 구멍으로 공지된 구멍(31)을 포함한다. 적어도 하나의 노치는 구멍(31)에 인접한 커버내에서 도면 부호 32에서 형성된다. 본 발명의 클러치 커버는 차량에 이용할 수 있다.

Claims (8)

  1. 평형 부재(132)를 끼워맞추기 위해 평형 구멍으로서 편리한 구멍(31)을 포함한 형태의 특히 차량용의 클러치 장치용 커버 플레이트에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 홈(32)은 평형 구멍(31)의 근처에서 커버 플레이트내에 형성되며, 이러한 홈(32)은 커버 플레이트(1)의 국부적 두께를 감소시키는 리세스로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 커버 플레이트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 리세스(32)는 타원형 형상이며, 그 단부중 하나에서 평형구멍(31)내로 개방된 것을 특징으로 하는 커버 플레이트.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 리세스(32)의 타단부는 반원형인 것을 특징으로 하는 커버 플레이트.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 리세스는 얕은 것을 특징으로 하는 커버 플레이트.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 각 평형 구멍(30)의 높이에서 방사상으로 배향되고 90°로 서로 멀리 이격된 4개의 리세스(32)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 커버 플레이트.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 클러치의 반동 플레이트(100)에 커버 플레이트를 체결하기 위한 제1공면부(2)와 함께 가로로 배향된 주연부 플랜지를 구비하며, 관련된 홈(32)을 구비한 평형 구멍(31)은 제1공면부(2)에 대해 축방향으로 오프셋된 그 공면부(30)가 상기 플랜지에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 커버 플레이트.
  7. 커버 플레이트(1)와, 커버 플레이트(1)에 회전 결합되지만 버커 플레이트에 대해 축방향으로 이동 가능한 압력 플레이트(5) 및 압력 플레이트(5)상에서 작동하도록 커버 플레이트(1)상에 피봇식으로 장착된 다이아프램(6)을 포함하는 클러치 장치에 있어서, 청구범위 제1항에 청구된 커버 플레이트(1)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 클러치 장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 관통된 헤드를 가진 적어도 하나의 평형 리벳(132)을 포함하며, 상기 리벳(132)은 평형구멍(31)내에 장착되며, 평형 구멍(31)과 관련된 홈(32)에 의해 회전이 방지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 클러치장치.
