Abstract

Claims (7)

  1. (1) 제1말단 영역, 제2말단 영역, 종방향 가장자리부, 및 말단 가장자리부를 갖고; 액체 투과성 상면시이트, 상기 상면시이트에 결합된 액체 불투과성 배면시이트, 및 상기 상면시이트와 상기 배면시이트 사이에 배치된 흡수 코아를 포함하고, 상기 배면시이트가 상기 흡수 코아에 인접하여 위치된 내부 표면 및 상기 내부 표면에 대향된 외부 표면을 갖는 신체부; 및 (2) (a) 상기 제1말단 영역에서 상기 신체부의 각 종방향 가장자리부에 인접하여 배치되고; 고정된 말단부 및 패스닝 표면을 갖는 결합성 말단부를 갖고; 상기 고정된 말단부가 상기 신체부에 결합되고, 상기 결합성 말단부가 상기 신체부의 상기 종방향 가장자리부로부터 측방향 외부로 연장되며, 상기 패스닝 표면이 접착제로 코팅되는 테이프 탭; (b) 상기 접착제에 재차 패스닝가능하도록 접착되어 흡수 제품 사용시 결합을 형성하고, 상기 제2말단 영역에서 상기 배면시이트의 상기 외부 표면의 적어도 일부를 구성하는 랜딩(landing)부재; 및 (c) 상기 배면시이트의 상기 내부 표면에 결합되고, 페이퍼 물질을 포함하는, 적어도 상기 랜딩 부재와 일치하는 내부 보강 스트립을 포함하는 일회용 흡수 제품.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내부 보강 스트립이 약 15 내지 약 30파운드/3000 평방 피트의 기본 중량을 갖는 흡수 제품.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 내부 보강 스트립이 약 700g/in 내지 약 18,000g/in의 총 인장 강도를 갖는 흡수 제품.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 내부 보강 스트립이 약 200g/in 내지 약 5000g/in의 횡기계방향(cross-machine direction)인장 강도를 갖는 흡수 제품.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 내부 보강 스트립이 약 12% 내지 약 20%의 기계방향(MD)신장률 및 약 4% 내지 약 12%의 횡기계방향(CD) 신장률을 갖는 흡수제품.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 배면시이트의 상기 외부 표면이 평균 레벨링 심도(Mean Leveling Depth) 약 3 내지 약 8마이크론의 표면 조도를 갖는 흡수 제품.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 배면시이트가 약 0.02㎜ 내지 약 0.036㎜의 평균 공칭 두께를 갖는 흡수 제품.
