Abstract

본 발명은 지하 파이프라인 및 통로에 적용하는 신축성 있는 라이닝 튜브를 제시하는 것으로 라이닝 튜브는 경화성 합성레진으로 침투된 흡수성 물질을 포함하여 튜브가 파이프라인 또는 통로상에 놓여서 파이프내에 견고한 파이프가 형성되도록 경화된다. 레진의 경화는 레진에 분산되어 있는 미세공정 입자내에 경화제를 충전시킴으로써 조절된다. 레진이 음파/열에너지를 받을때만 경화제가 방출된다. 선호된 방법은 레진에 튜리온도를 갖는 자기입자를 포함하여서 교류 고주파 자기장을 가함으로써 자기입자를 여자시키는 것이다. 자기입자로부터 발생된 열은 미세공성 입자를 열어서 경화제를 탈착시킴으로써 레진을 경화한다. 본 발명은 또한 경화제가 음파에너지를 사용하여 흡수성층에 흡수되는 방법을 제시한다.

Claims (21)

  1. 라이닝 튜브의 흡착성 물질층에 보지된 미세공정 입자를 포함하며, 상기 미세공정 입자가 그의 구멍에 레진 경화제를 보유하여 에너지를 받을 때 구멍으로부터 방출될때까지 구멍에 유지되는 신축성 있는 라이닝 튜브.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 입자가 흡착성층을 침투하는 경화성 합성 레진에 분산되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 라이닝 튜브.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 레진이 레진내에 분산된 자기투과성 입자를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 라이닝 튜브.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 자기투과성 입자가 미세공정 입자에 파묻힘으로써 레진 매트릭스에 있음을 특징으로 하는 라이닝 튜브.
  5. 제1항 또는 4항에 있어서, 상기 경화제가 레진에 대한 촉매를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 라이닝 튜브.
  6. 제1항~4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서 상기 경화제가 레진에 대한 가속제를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 라이닝 튜브.
  7. 제5항 및 6항에 있어서, 촉매는 제1군의 입자내에 있으며 가속제는 제2군의 입자내에 있음을 특징으로 하는 라이닝 튜브.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제1군의 입자는 제1형태의 점토이며 상기 제2군의 입자는 제2형태의 점토임을 특징으로 하는 라이닝 튜브.
  9. 제1항~8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 흡착성층은 섬유펠트임을 특징으로 하는 라이닝 튜브.
  10. 앞선 청주항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 라이닝 튜브가 코팅형태 또는 불투과성 필름으로된 외곽층을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 라이닝 튜브.
  11. 지하 파이프라인 또는 통로를 라이닝 하기 위해서 적당한 신축성 라이닝 튜브를 덧칠하는 방법에 있어서, 미세공정 입자와 흡착성층을 가까이 가져가 층과 입자에 음파 에너지를 가해서 입자가 흡착성층에 이동시켜서 구멍에 레진 경화제를 가지는 미세공성 입자가 라이닝 튜브의 흡착성층에 분산됨을 특징으로 하는 라이닝 튜브를 덧칠하는 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 입자는 현탁액에 있고 라이닝 튜브가 현탁액에 잠겨서 음파 에너지를 받음을 특징으로 하는 라이닝 튜브를 덧칠하는 방법.
  13. 제11항 또는 12항에 있어서, 음파 에너지가 초음파 탐침 및 플레이트 또는 이러한 탐침 또는 플리이트의 쌍으로 가해짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  14. 레인에 대한 경화제로 충전된 미세공성 입자를 포함하는 경화성 레진 메트릭스로 침투된 레진 흡수성층을 포함하며, 에너지를 가함으로써 경화제가 방출되며, 유압에 의해 통로의 표면 또는 파이프라인의 안쪽표면에 신축성 라이닝 튜브를 적용하고 튜브가 상기 표면에 고정될 때 경화제가 레진 매트릭스로부터 방출되어 레진을 경화하도록 튜브에 에너지를 가하는 단계를 포함하는 신축성 있는 라이닝 튜브를 사용하여 파이프라인 또는 통로를 라이닝 하는 방법.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 튜브가 상기 표면에 적용된 후 상기 에너지가 파이프라인 또는 통로에 가해짐을 특징으로하는 라이닝 방법.
  16. 제14항 또는 15항에 있어서, 입자가 점토입자임을 특징으로 하는 라이닝 방법.
  17. 제14항에 있어서, 경화제가 제1군의 점토입자에 촉진제가 또다른 1군의 점토입자에 촉매를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 라이닝 방법.
  18. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 에너지가 음파 에너지를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 라이닝 방법.
  19. 제13~18항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 레진이 자기투과성 입자를 포함하며 가해진 에너지는 교류 자기장을 포함해서 자기투과성 입자를 가열하여 상기 흡착성 입자로부터 경화제를 탈착함을 특징으로 하는 레이닝 방법.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 자기투과성 입자가 레진이나 흡수성 물질을 손상시키지 않도록 선택된 큐리온도를 가지는 페리이트임을 특징으로 하는 라이닝 방법.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, 자기투과성 입자의 큐리온도가 80~150℃ 범위에 있음을 특징으로 하는 라이닝 방법.
