Abstract
본 발명은 고순도로 정제된 담배 퓨트레신 N-메틸트랜스퍼라제, 그의 정제방법, 및 PMT DNA 시퀀스 제조에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 정제방법은 담배 뿌리 추출물을 음이온 교환 배지에 도포하고, 퓨트레신을 함유하는 용리 완충액으로 퓨트레신 N-메틸트랜스퍼라제를 특정하게 용리하는 것으로 이루어진다.The present invention relates to high purity purified tobacco putrescine N-methyltransferase, a purification method thereof, and preparation of PMT DNA sequence. The purification method of the present invention consists in applying a tobacco root extract to an anion exchange medium and specifically eluting putrescine N-methyltransferase with an elution buffer containing putrescine.
