Abstract
공지된 압력 조절 밸브에 있어서, 조절될 매체의 압력에 영향을 주는 압축 스프링의 힘은 캡을 구부림으로써 조절된다. 그러나, 이런 종류의 설계는 플라스틱으로 제조된 하우징의 사용을 허용하지 않는다. 신규의 압력조절 밸브는 플라스틱의 사용에도 불구하고 고정될 압축 스프링의 힘을 허용한다.
상기 압력 조절 밸브(9)는 플라스틱으로 제조된 튜브형 하부 부분(27)과 플라스틱으로 제조된 컵형상 상부 부분(28)에 의해 형성된 캡(24)으로 제공된다. 상기 하부 부분(27)과 상기 상부 부분(28)이 부분적으로 중첩됨으로써 상기 상부 부분(28)을 이동에 의해 상부 부분(28)상에서 작용하는 압축 스프링(55)의 힘을 조절할 수있다. 상기 스프링 힘이 고정되면, 하부 부분(27)과 상부 부분(28)은 서로 고정된다.
상기 압력 조절 밸브는 연료 공급 시스템에 사용하기에 특히 적합하다.

제2도는 본 발명에 따른 압력 조절 밸브의 제1실시예이고,
제3도는 본 발명에 따른 압력 조절 밸브의 제2실시예이다.
Claims (3)
- 캡 및 주 바디와 주변에서 상기 캡과 상기 주 바디 사이에 체결된 격판과 상기 캡상에 지지되고 밸브 시트의 방향으로 격판상에서 작용하는 압축 스프링을 갖는 내연 기관의 연료 공급 시스템용 압력 조절 밸브에 있어서, 상기 캡(24)은 튜브형 하부 부분(27)과 컵형상 상부 부분(28)을 가지며, 상기 하부 부분(27) 또는 상기 상부 부분(28)은 플라스틱으로 형성되며, 상기 하부 부분(27) 또는 상기 상부 부분(28)은 적어도 부분적으로 다른 부분 속으로 가압되어 다른 부분에 연결되고, 상기 압축 스프링(55)은 컵형상 상부 부분(28)상에 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 조절 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하부 부분(27)과 상기 상부 부분(28)은 함께 용접되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 조절 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주 바디(8)는 플라스틱으로 제조되고, 유입 스터브(13)와 방출 스터브(15) 및 귀환접속부(10)를 가지며, 상기 밸브 시트(44)는 주 바디(8)에 형성되고, 스크린(62)은 상기 유입 스터브(13)와 상기 밸브 시트(44)사이, 상기 밸브 시트(44)와 상기 방출 스터브(15) 사이의 주 바디(8)내의 주변에 삽입된 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 조절 밸브.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
