Abstract

컬러 음극선관의 소자 또는 직류 바이어스 자계를 착자하는 자기 전사에서, 안정된 소자 또는 자기 전사를 행하도록 한 것이다.
컬러 음극선관에 대한 소자 또는 직류 바이어스 자계를 착자하는 자기 전사에 있어서, 소자 또는 직류 바이어스 자계의 착자에 사용하는 교류 감쇠 자계의 반값 감쇠 시간을 0.1초 이상으로 한다.

음극선관의 자기 처리 방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 실시예에 사용된 소자(消磁), 착자(着磁)를 위한 장치의 구성도, 제2도는 교류 감쇠 자계의 교류 파형도, 제3도는 교류 감쇠 자계의 반값 감쇠 시간(半値 減衰 時間)과 자기 전사에 의한 음극선 궤도 수정량의 편차의 관계를 나타내는 그래프, 제4도는 형광체 스트라이프 중심과 음극선 중심의 편차(편차량△)를 나타내는 설명도, 제5도는 형광체 스트라이트 중심과 음극선 중심의 편차량 △을 측정한 화면상의 위치를 나타낸 경사도(傾斜圖).

Claims (2)

  1. 컬러 음극선과에 대한 소자 또는 직류 바이어스 자계를 착자하는 자기 전사에 있어서, 소자 또는 직류 바이어스 자계의 착자에 사용하는 교류 감쇠 자계의 반값 감쇠 시산을 0.1초 이상으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관의 자기 처리 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 컬러 음극선관은 스트라이프 형상의 형광체층으로 이루어진 형광면에 대향하여 수직 방향으로 긴 슬릿 구멍을 다수 갖는 발형상의 색선별 전극을 배치한 구성의 음극선관인 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관의 자기 처리 방법.
