Abstract

본 발명은 액정표시장치의 액정기판 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 투명전극 패턴으로 사용하는 ITO와 동일한 굴절율을 갖는 친소성 및 소수성기가 결합되어 있는 마이셀막을 상기 투명전극 패턴이 형성되어있지 않은 액정기판 상에 형성하여 평탄화하고 그 상부에 보호막과 배향막등을 형성하였으므로, 투명전극 패턴의 굴절율 차에 의해 투명전극 패턴의 이미지가 화면에 나타나는 것을 방지하므로 소자의 동작특성이 향상되고, 투명전극 패턴들의 사이에 오염물질이 개재되어 발생되는 투명전극 패턴의 단락과 같은 불량도 방지하여 공정수율이 향상된다.The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a liquid crystal substrate of a liquid crystal display device, wherein a micellar film having an affinity group and a hydrophobic group having the same refractive index as the ITO used as the transparent electrode pattern is formed on the liquid crystal substrate on which the transparent electrode pattern is not formed.
