Abstract

본 발명은 건설장비 등에 장착되어, 디이젤 엔진에서 흡입공기의 온도변화에 따라 외기 또는 엔진룸 내의 흡기를 선택적으로 공급할 수 있도록 하는 건설장비용 디이젤 엔진의 흡기온도 조절장치에 관한 것이다.
중장비들은 외기를 그대로 흡입하여 엔진의 흡기로 사용하므로 외기의 온도가 너무 낮은 경우에는 이를 그대로 흡입하면 엔진출력이 저하되는데, 본 발명은 차체 측면의 통기공에 연하여 설치되는 덕트내에 설치되는 흡기구 측에 온도센서에 따라 개폐되는 격판을 설치하여 이루어 진 것으로, 외기의 상태에 따른 영향을 극소화시켜서 항상 엔진의 정격출력을 기대할 수 있으며, 특히 그 장치구조 및 설치가 손쉬워서 경제적인 발명인 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 차체(4) 후부 측면내에 설치되는 일정규격의 덕트(7)내에 흡기구(6)가 인출되고 덕트(7)는 차체(4)측의 통기공(5)을 통하여 외기와 연통되도록 된 건설장비의 흡기시스템에 있어서, 상기 덕트(7)의 일면이 외기와 연통되는 엔진룸(10)에 연통되도록 하고, 상기 덕트(7)의 중앙부에서 통기공(5)측과 엔진룸(10) 연통로를 선택적으로 개폐하는 격판(3)이 엑츄에이터(2)에 의하여 작동되도록 하고, 외부 스위치로 여기되면 흡기온도를 감지하는 온도센서(1)의 온도를 판단하여 온도가 10℃ 이하일 때만 솔레노이드 작동(8)을 시켜서 상기 엑츄에이터(2)를 동작시키도록 조절하는 CPU(9)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 건설장비용 디이젤엔진의 흡기온도 조절장치.
