Abstract
본 발명은 건출물의 철골 구조물 표면에 분무 피복하여 화재시 고열에 의한 철골 구조의 강도 및 내력 저하를 방지할 수 있고 또한 건출물의 벽면과 천장 등에 분무 피복하여 음향 절연성을 부여할 수 있도록 한 내화 및 흡음용 피복 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 경량 골재 35∼60중량%; 결합제 25∼60중량%; 급결제 4∼20중량%로 조성되며, 선택적으로 흡음성 섬유, 흡열재 및 계면활성제를 더 첨가하여 구성될 수 있다.The present invention relates to a fire-resistant and sound-absorbing material capable of preventing the strength and strength of a steel structure from being lowered by spraying on the surface of a steel structure of a dried product, and capable of imparting acoustic insulation to the wall and ceiling of a dried product 35 to 60% by weight of a lightweight aggregate; 25 to 60% by weight binder; And 4 to 20% by weight of a rapid setting agent, and may further comprise a sound absorbing fiber, a heat absorbing material and a surfactant.
