종래에는 건축내부의 천정이나 벽면의 결로방지와 보온을 위하여 암면이나 발포 우레탄을 분사하고 부착하여 보온이나 결로방지를 수행하였다. 그러나 이와 같은 제품은 암면의 유해성과 화재가 발생시 발포우레탄의 유독성으로 인하여 인체에 해로운 분진과 유독가스에 의하여 폐염, 폐결핵, 폐암 또는 질식사 등 사고의 원인이 되어 많은 논란이 있다. 본 발명은 상기 문제점들을 감안하여 안출한 것으로 본 발명의 목적은 천연자원을 이용하고 폐기물을 재활용하여 인체의 무해하고 시공이 용이하며 난연성 결로방지 및 보온용 조성물을 제공하고자 함에 있다.Conventionally, rock insulation or foamed urethane was sprayed and attached to prevent condensation and insulation on the ceiling and walls of the interior of the building. 본 발명에 사용되는 왕겨는 천연자원으로서 벼의 도정시 생산되는 것이면 어느것이든 좋다. 왕겨는 규산과 섬유소를 다량 함유하고 있어서 이를 분쇄하는 경우에도 강도와 보온효과가 있는 조성물을 얻을 수 있다. 벼의 도정작업시 생산되는 왕겨는 도정작업시 파쇄되는 곡물의 분쇄물이 혼합되어 있어서 이를 그대로 본 발명과 같은 조성물의 원료로 직접 사용하는 경우 미생물에 의한 부패변질 및 그에 따른 불쾌한 냄새를 제공하게 되므로 반드시 수세처리하여 곡립의 분쇄물을 제거하여야 한다.본 발명에서 사용되는 또 다른 원료인 폐지 또는 종이 생산시 폐기되는 슬러지는 왕겨 또는 왕겨 분쇄물인 섬유질에 코팅되는 물질로서 작용하여 조성물을 천정 또는 벽면에 고압분사 처리시 표면을 균일하게 하고 부드럽게 하며 결로방지에 뛰어난 특성을 부여한다.본 발명에서 사용되는 규산수지는 난연성 및 불연성 접착제로 작용하며 시중에서 판매되는 어느것이든 사용할 수 있다.이하, 본 발명의 구체적인 구성 및 작용을 설명하지만 본 발명의 권리범위는 이들 실시예에만 한정하지 아니하고 균등물의 변경, 부가 및 무의미한 수치의 변경 및 어떠한 한정도 당업자간에 용이한 것이므로 이들의 변경, 부가는 본 발명의 권리범위에 속하는 것은 물론이다.실시예 1왕겨를 깨끗이 씻고 여기에 종이 생산시 폐기되는 슬러지와 규산수지를 각각 중량비가 1 : 1 : 1.5를 혼합하여 건조시켜 본 발명 조성물을 제조하였다. 이를 암면대신 고압호수로 발사하여 천정과 벽면에 부착시켰다.실시예 2깨끗이 씻은 왕겨 2, 종이 생산시 폐기되는 슬러지 1, 규산수지 5의 중량비율로 각각 혼합하여 본 발명 조성물을 제조하고 고압호스로 발포우레탄 대신 천장과 벽면에 분사시켜 시공한 결과 천정과 벽면에 솜처럼 부착되고 자연 건조시켰더니 1시간 이내에 단단하게 경화되었다.실시예 3깨끗이 씻은 왕겨와 잘게 분쇄한 폐지 및 규산수지를 각각 중량비 1 : 1 : 3으로 혼합하여 본 발명 조성물을 만든 후 고압호수를 이용하여 천장과 벽면에 분사하였다. 솜처럼 접착되고 그대로 방치하여 관찰한 결과 단단하게 굳어졌다.실시예 4깨끗이 씻은 왕겨와 종이 생산시 슬러지와 흙 및 규산수지를 각각 중량비 5 : 1 : 1 : 10으로 혼합하여 본 발명 조성물을 만들고 고압호스를 이용하여 천장과 벽면에 분사하였다. 솜처럼 부착되고 그대로 방치하여 관찰한 결과 단단하게 굳어졌다.실시예 5깨끗이 씻어 잘게 분쇄한 왕겨와 종이 생산시 슬러지와 모래 및 규산수지를 각각 중량비 5 : 1 : 1 : 11로 혼합하여 본 발명 조성물을 만든 후 고압호스를 이용하여 천장과 벽면에 분사하였다. 솜처럼 접착되고 그대로 방치하여 관찰한 결과 단단하게 굳어졌다.실시예 6종이 슬러지와 왕겨 및 규산수지를 각각 중량비 2 : 2 : 1로 혼합하여 본 발명 조성물을 제조하고 이를 고압호스를 이용하여 천장과 벽면에 분사하였다. 솜처럼 접착되었고 자연 건조시켜 관찰한 결과 단단하게 경화됨을 확인하였다.실험예 1 : 독성 및 불연성 실험실시예 1 내지 실시예 6에서 제조된 본 발명 조성물로 시공한 제품에 대하여 블로우토치로 1분 동안 가염 가열한 결과, 화염이 발생하거나 번지지 않았다.실험예 2 : 결로방지효과 실험실시예 1 내지 실시예 6에서 제조된 본 발명 조성물로 시공처리한 제품을 천정과 벽면에서 가로 및 세로 각 10cm ×10cm 씩 떼어내어 물에 투입하고 1일 경과 후 확인한 결과 물이 전혀 침투하지 않았다. 이로 인하여 본 발명 조성물의 시공 제품은 결로방지 효과가 뛰어남을 확인할 수 있었다.The chaff used in the present invention may be any one produced as a natural resource when the rice is milled.
