Abstract

본 발명은 타이어성형기의 성형내압조정장치에 관한 것으로, 피엘씨(1)와 접속된 컨버터(2)의 신호를 받아 조절되는 서보밸브(3)를 매개로 작동되도록 성형드럼(13)의 성형압력을 디스플레이(4)와 압력센서(5)로 항상 일정하게 조절할 수 있도록 설치되어, 타이어의 성형공정중 성형드럼의 성형압력이 균일하게 유지됨은 물론, 성형압력의 미세조정이 가능하게 되어 타이어의 균일성을 향상시킬 수 있도록 된 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 데이터를 입력할 수 있는 피엘씨(PLC;1)와 접속된 컨버터(2)의 신호를 받아 조절되는 서보밸브(3)를 매개로 작동되도록 성형드럼(13)이 설치되되, 이 서보밸브(3)에는 서보밸브의 압력을 나타내는 디스플레이(4)와 서보밸브의 압력을 피이드백하여 항상 일정한 상태로 유지할 수 있도록 압력센서(5)가 설치된 타이어성형기의 성형내압조정장치.
