Abstract

본 발명의 방법으로 인삼잎, 수산 또는 백삼을 저급알콜로 추출하여 얻어진 총인삼사포닌을 비프로톤용매또는 비프로톤용매와 저급알콜의 혼합용매중에서 알칼리가 수분해하고, 정제하면 다음 구조식(Ｉ)의 사포닌 진세노사이드 Rh2구조식(Ⅱ)의 사포닌 진세노사이드 Rh1및 구조식(Ⅲ)의 화합물Ｋ의 신규 혼합물을 높은 수율로 얻을 수 있으며, 이 얻어진 혼합물은 탁월한 항암 효과를 가지고 있고, 따라서 통상의 약제학적으로 사용되는 부형제와 혼합하여 약학적제제를 제조하여 항암제로 사용될 수 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 다음의 구조식(Ⅰ)의 사포닌 진세노사이드 Rh2구조식(Ⅱ)의 사포닌 진세노사이드 Rh1및 구조식(Ⅲ)의 화합물 K(compound K)의 3종류의 모노글루코 진세노사이드류의 혼합물을 통상의 약제학적으로 허용되는 부형제와 혼합하고 통상의 약제학적 방법으로 제형화하여 제조된 신규항암성조성물.
  2. 상기 구조식(Ⅰ)의 사포닌 진세노사이드 Rh2구조식(Ⅱ)의 사포닌 진세노사이드Rh1및 구조식(Ⅲ)의 화합물 Ｋ의 3종류의 모노글루코 진세노사이드의 혼합물과 통상의 약제학적으로 허용되는 부형제와 혼합하고 통상의 약제학적 방법으로 제형화하여 신규 항암성조성물의 제조하는 방법.
  3. 인삼잎, 수삼 또는 백삼을 저급알콜로 추출하여 얻어진 총인삼사포닌을 비프로톤용매 또는 비프로톤용매와 저급알콜의 혼합용매중에서 알칼리 가수분해하고 정제하여 상기 구조식(Ｉ)의 사포닌 진세노사이드 Rh2구조식(Ⅱ)의 사포닌 진세노사이드 Rh1및 구조식(Ⅲ)의 화합물Ｋ의 신규혼합물을 제조하는 방법.
