Abstract

본 발명은 일회용 흡수제품에 관한 것으로 액체투과성 상부시트(Top Sheet), 액체 불투과성 배면 시트(Back Sheet), 솜털 펄프(Fluff Pulp) 등으로 구성되는 통상의 일회용 흡수제품에 뇨 (Urine)의 수분에 반응하는 물질로써 주반응물질과 보조반응물질을 첨가하여 배뇨(Wetness)상태 및 배뇨량을 지시함으로써 보호자가 사용자의 간접적인 건강상태를 판별함과 동시에 기저귀 교환시기를 지시하는데 효과를 주는 일회용 흡수제품에 관한 것이다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 일회용 흡수제품의 평면도이다. 제2도는 본 발명에 따른 일회용흡수 제품의 요부확대단면도이다.

Claims (12)

  1. 액체투과성 상부시트, 액체불투과성 배면시트, 솜털 펄프 등으로 구성된 일회용흡수제품에 있어서, 그 구성요소에 뇨의 수분에 반응하는 물질을 첨가하여 배뇨상태 및 배뇨량을 지시함으로써 보호자에게 사용자의 효율적인 기저귀 교환시기를 지시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용 흡수제품.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 뇨수분 반응물질로는 주반응물질 및 보조반응물질로 대별하고 주반응물질로서는 퀴날딘레드(Quinaldine red), 2,4-디니트로 페놀(2,4-Dinitrophenol), 테트라브로모페놀설포네프탈레인(브로모페놀 블루)(Tetrabromophenolsulfonephthalein)(Bromophenol blue), 콩고레드(Congo red), 테트라브로모크레졸설포네프탈레인(브로모크레졸그린)(Tetrabromocresolsulfonephthalein)(Bromocresol green), 에틸 레드(Ethyl red), 알리자린설폰산소디움솔트(Alizarinsulfonic acid sodium salt), 디-브로모크레졸설포네프탈레인(브로모크레졸 퍼플)(Dibromo-cresolsulfonephthalein)(Bromocresol purple), 디클로로페놀설포네프탈레인(클로로페놀 레드)(Dichlorophenolsulfonephthalein)(Chlorophenol red), p-니트로페놀(p-Nitrophenol), 알리자린(Alizarin), 디브로모티몰설포네프탈레인(브로모티몰 블루)(Dibromothym-olsulfonephthalein)(Bromothymol blue)및 이의 유도체를 사용하며, 반응보조제로서는 뇨반응물질이 적절한 pH를 유지하여 반응성을 증가시키도록 하는 산(acid)류를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 일회용 흡수제품.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 일정한배뇨량을 지시할 수 있도록 액체불투과성 배면시트에 지시자(배뇨량 0∼500㎖)를 뇨반응물질로 제작하여 인쇄하는 것을 특징으로 하며 지시자는 일정한 양의 배뇨를 지시할 수 있도록 표준화하여 인쇄하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용 흡수제품.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 액체투과성 상부시트 제조시에 함유시킴을 특징으로 하는 일회용 흡수제품
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 솜털펄프 제조시에 함유시킴을 특징으로 하는 일회용 흡수제품.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 뇨반응 물질들을 응가밴드 제조시에 함유시킴을 특징으로 하는 일회용 흡수제품.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 티슈제조시에 함유시킴을 특징으로 하는 일회용 흡수제품.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 액체불투과성 배면시트 제조시에 함유시킴을 특징으로 하는 일회용 흡수제품.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 액체불투과성 배면시트는 뇨에 의해 뇨반응 물질들의 변색을 시각적으로 용이하게 관찰할 수 있도록 투명한 시트인 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용 흡수제품.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 일회용 흡수제품이 유아 또는 성인이 사용하는 일회용 기저귀(Disposable Diaper)임을 특징으로 하는 일회용 흡수제품.
  11. 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 일회용 흡수제품이 생리대 (Sanitary napkin)임을 특징으로 하는 제품.
  12. 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 일회용 흡수 제품이 팬티라이너(Pantyliner)임을 특징으로 하는 제품.
