본 발명은 내충격성과 탄성 복원력이 우수한 폴리에스터섬유(polyester fiber)로 성형되는 하충부웨브(web)와 촉감이 부드럽고 결속력이 강한 섬유로 성형되는 표층부(상층부)웨브를 적충하고 이를 고온가열하면서 횡폭연신가공하여 상하층부를 융합하고 펠트(Felt)화 하여, 통기성 및 흡습성이 우수하며 탄성 복원력과 충격흡수 기능이 강한 신발깔창재(材)와 이 깔창재로 만들어지는 신발깔창에 관한 것으로 통기성과 성형성과 탄성복원성과 내충격성이 우수한 기능을 갖는 폴리에스터에 저융점 섬유를 적당량 배합하여 이들을 혼합하는 혼합공정과, 상기 혼합 폴리에스터섬유를 카딩기로 카딩가공하여 혼합폴리에스터 섬유에 고른 균제도와 일정한 분포도를 갖도록 하여 얇은 시트형(웨브형)으로 가공하는 카딩공정과, 상기 카딩공정을 거친 웨브형 폴리에스터 섬유를 2개 이상 적층하여 웨브펠트를 형성하는 성형공정과, 상기 성형공정에서 적층된 웨브펠트상 섬유를 니들펀칭기로 니들펀칭 가공하여 상기 적층웨브를 원하는 두께로 결속하는 니들펀칭 공정과로 하층부 섬유를 성형하고, 통기성과 성형성과 내충격성이 우수한 기능성을 갖는 감촉이 부드러운 섬유에 저융점 섬유를 적당량 배합하여 이들을 혼합하는 혼합공정과, 상기 혼합섬유를 카딩 가공하는 카딩공정과, 상기 카딩공정을 거친 웨브형 섬유를 2개 이상 적층하는 성형공정과, 상기 성형공정에서 적층된 웨브펠트상 섬유를 니들펀칭하는 니들펀칭 공정과로 표층부 섬유를 형성하며, 상기 하층부 섬유와 표층부 섬유를 적층하고 이렇게 적층된 섬유는 폭출기에서 180°이상의 가열을 하면서 횡폭연신 가공을 하여 상기 기능성 섬유는 용융되지 아니하고 저융점 섬유들이 용융하여 상기 기능성 섬유들 사이를 용융 결합하므로서 통기성을 유지하면서 탄성복원성과 내충격성을 구비한 신발깔창재를 제조하는 방법.According to the present invention, the lower part web is formed of polyester fiber having excellent impact resistance and elastic restoring force, and the surface layer (upper part) web is formed from a soft and strong fiber with soft touch, and is horizontally stretched while heating it at a high temperature.
