Abstract

4n극 스테이터 2n극 로터를 구비하는 스위치드 릴럭턴스 모터가 스테이터와 로터가 일치되어 정지한 경우 그후의 기동시에 기동력을 제공하기 위해 회전방향을 향하는 로터의 면에 돌기를 형성하여 비대칭으로 만들어 기동토크가 발생되게 한다.

제2도는 4극 스테이터에 감긴 권선과 전원과의 결선도, 제3도 (a) 및 (b)는 로터의 각도가 평행인 때와 평행이 아닌때 B상 여자에 의한 자속경로를 보이는 상태도, 제4도 (a) 및 (b)는 4극 스테이터 2극 로터의 모터에 토크의 상태를 보이는 설명도, 제5도 (a) 및 (b)는 본 발명에 의한 스테이터와 로터의 결합상태 및 로터의 구조를 보이는 상태도.

Claims (4)

  1. 복수의 극(Pole)에 상(相)코일이 권선된 스테이터와 상기 스테이터내에 설치되는 로터로 구성되는 스위치드 릴럭턴스 모터에 있어서, 상기 로터의 회전축을 중심으로 회전방향을 향하는 면에 소정높이의 돌기를 형성하고, 그 돌기와 상기 회전방향을 향하는 면이 만나는 바깥쪽 부분에 소정깊이의 홈을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 스위치드 릴럭턴스 모터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 기동시에 상기 로터의 극과 일치하는 스테이터극에 권선된 코일에는 전원이 인가되지 않고 상기 로터의 돌기가 바라보는 스테이크극에 권선된 코일에 전원이 인가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스위치드 릴럭턴스 모터.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 돌기의 높이는 상기 스테이트극의 간격의 0.2∼0.4배인 것을 특징으로 하는 스위치드 릴럭턴스 모터.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 홈의 깊이는 상기 돌기 높이의 0.3∼0.4배인 것을 특징으로 하는 스위치드 릴럭턴스 모터.
