Abstract

본 발명은 컴팩트디스크 플레이어의 클램프 구동장치에 관한 것으로서 컴팩트 다스크(A)가 상부면에 안착되고 중심에 공간부(40b)가 형성된 드레이(40)와, 상기 트레이(40)의 공간부(40b)에 진입하여 컴팩트디스크(A)의 저면에 접촉되는 텐테이블(50c)이 상면에 형성되고 샤시(60)에 고정된 회전축(50b)에 대해 회동하는 구동장치(50)로 구성된 컴팩트 디스크 플레이어에 있어서, 상기 트레이(40)의 저면에 길이방향으로 형성된 수평랙크(40a)와, 상기 수평랙크(40a)에 대기어(20a)가 맞물리도록 축설되며 구동모터(10)의 회전에 의해 회전하는 소기어(20b)를 갖는 이중기어(20)와, 상기 이중기어(20)의 소기어(20b)에 맞물려서 이중기어(20)의 회전비를 변환하도록 축설된 변환기어(30)와, 상기 변환기어(30)에 맞물리는 제1, 제2 중개기어(80)(90)와, 상기 제1, 제2 중개기어(80)(90)에 맞물리고, 구동장치(50)가 회전축(50b)에 대해 회동하도록 구동장치(50)의 일측면에 형성된 호형기어(50a)로 구상된 것을 특징으로 하는 컴팩트 디스크 플레이어의 클램프 구동장치 인바, 클램프 구동장치의 구성을 간단히 하고, 부품수를 저감시키므로써 생산 단가를 저감시키도록 해주는 발명인 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 컴팩트 디스크가(A)가 상부면에 안착되고 중심에 공간부(40b)가 형성된 트레이(40)와, 상기 트레이(40)의 공간부(40b)에 진입하여 컴팩디스크(A)의 저면에 접촉되는 텐테이블(50c)이 상면에 형성되고 샤시(60)에 고정된 회전축(50b)에 대해 회동하는 구동장치(50)로 구성된 캄패트 디스크 플레이어에 있어서, 상기 트레이(40)의 저면에 길이방향으로 형성된 수평랙크(40a)와, 상기 수평 랙크(40a)에 대기어(20a)가 맞물리도록 축설되며 구동모터(10)의 회전에 의해 회전하는 소기어(20b)를 갖는 이중기어(20)와, 상기 이중기어(20)의 소기어(20b)에 맞물려서 이중기어(20)의 회전비를 변환하도록 축설된 변환기어(30)와, 상기 변환기어(30)에 맞물리는 제1, 제2 중개기어(80)(90)와, 상기 제1, 제2 중개기어(80)(90)에 맞물리고, 구동장치(50)가 회전축(50b)에 대해 회동하도록 구동장치(50)의 일측면에 형성된 호형기어(50a)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 컴팩트 디스크 플레이어의 클램프 구동장치.
