Abstract

본 발명은 도난 차량 회수 시스템에 사용된 차량 추적 무선 트랜스폰더에 관한 것이다. 이 시스템의 동일한 트랜스폰더는 트랜스폰더의 도난 차량 회수명령 신호 제어와 독립적이며 간섭받지 않고서 패닉 또는 위급 상황에서의 운전자에 의한 활성화와 센싱된 허가되지 않은 이동 또는 시동기 회로에 대해 상호의 존적으로 액세스된다.

제1도는 본 발명의 신규한 결과를 제공하기 위해 변형된 바람직한 트랜스폰더 회로의 블록도, 제2도는 본발명의 추가 사용 및 기능을 가능하게 하기 위해 재변형된 트랜스폰더의 코딩된 응답 활성화에 대한 트랜스폰더 마이크로 프로세서의 제어를 상세히 나타내는 도면.

Claims (7)

  1. 물체와 이 물체의 트랜스폰더에 유일한 엔코딩된 정보를 운반하는 소정의 RF 캐리어상에 무성 활성화 명명 신호를 전파함으로써 응답하는 차량과 같은 물체의 존재를 식별하는 데 사용되는 트랜스폰더 장치에 있어서, 상기 명령 신호를 수신하며 상기 엔코딩된 식별 코드를 디코딩하여 상기 물체 및 이 물체의 트랜스폰더의 유일 코드와의 동일여부를 검증하는 수단과; 상기 검증시 동작가능하며 동일한 반송파 주파수상에 주기적인 응답 신호를 송신하도록 상기 트랜스폰더를 활성화시키며 상기 응답 신호상에 유일한 응답 코드 식별을 포함하는 수단과; 독립적이며 상기 명령 신호의 수신과는 무관하게 동작가능하며 패닉 또는 위급 수동 활성화 수단중 하나 또는 모두의 활성화에 응답하여 유일한 응답 코드 식별을 즉각적으로 송신하기 위해 상기 트랜스폰더를 활성화시키는 수단과; 상기 물체상의 허가되지 않은 동작을 자동적으로 센싱하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜스폰더 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 센싱 수단은 상기 물체의 허가되지 않은 이동을 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜스폰더 장치
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 물체가 차량인 경우에, 상기 센싱 수단은 차량 시동의 허가되지 않은 변화를 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜스폰더 장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 차량은 시동기를 갖는 엔진이 제공되며, 상기 센싱 수단은 엔진의 "핫 와이어링"과 같은 시동기의 허가되지 않은 변화를 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜스폰더장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각 명령 신호에 대해 주기적인 응답 신호의 주기성을 매초당 한번정도로 개시시키고 활성화 수단과 상기 물체상의 허가되지 않은 동작 센싱을 개시시키는 수단이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜스폰더 장치.
  6. 허가되지 않은 차량의 변경 또는 이동 상태, 패닉 또는 위급 상황, 엔진 시동에 허가되지 않은 변화가 있는 상태 및 차량 도난 상태를 각각 식별하는데 이들 상태들을 서로 간섭하지 않으며 서로 무관한 식별 방법에 있어서, 차량 도난 상태를 탐색하는 무선 주파수 전파 명령 신호에 응답하여 주파수가 동일하며 상기 차량에 유일한 응답 코드 식별을 포함하는 응답 채널상에 주기적인 응답 신호를 송신하는 단계와; 패닉 또는 위급상황중 어느 하나 또는 모두에 대한 수동적인 활성화에 독립적으로 응답하여 코드 식별을 갖는 상기 동일한 응답 채널상에 상기 주기적인 응답 신호를 전송하는 단계와; 차량의 허가되지 않은 변경 및 이동과 허가되지 않은 엔진 시동중 어느 하나에 대한 센싱에 독립적으로 응답하여 코드 식별을 포함하는 동일한 응답 채널상에 주기적인 응답 신호를 송신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식별방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 주기적인 응답 신호의 주기성은 각 송신에 대해 실질적으로 동일하며 매초당 한번 정도이도록 적어도 초기에 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 식별 방법.
