Abstract

본 발명은 대형터어빈, 발전기둥과 같은 대형회전기용 철심으로 사용되는 무방향성 전기강판에 관한 것으로, 규소강 슬라브의 합금성분 및 그 함량을 조정하므로서 철손 및 자속밀도와 같은 자기적 특정이 우수한 무방향성 전기강판을 제공하고자 하는 데 그 목적이 있다.
상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은 중략%로, C : 0.01%이하, Si : 2.5-4.0%, Al : 0.25-1%, Mn : 1.0-2.0%, Sb : 0.005-0.25%, S : 0.006%이하, N : 0.006%이하, C : 0.006% 이하, 나머지 Fe 및 불가피하게 첨가되는 불순물로 조성되는 자기적 특성이 우수한 무방향성 전기강판을 제공함을 그 요지로 한다.

  1. 중량%로, C : 0.01%이하, Si : 2.5-4.0%, Al : 0.25-1.0%, Mn : 1.0-2.0%, Sb : 0.005-0.25%, S : 0.006^이하, N : 0.006%이하, 0 : 0.006% 나머지 Fe 및 불가피하게 첨가되는 불순물로 조성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기적 특성이 우수한 무방향성 전기강판.
