Abstract

본 발명은 폴리에스테르 자수사를 제조함에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 섬유의 방사공정에서 알칼리, 감량 촉진제, 방사유제로 구성되는 방사용 처리제를 부착시키고 연신공정에서 열처리 롤러 온도에 의하여 실에 결점(defect)을 만들어 인장강도와 파단신도를 동시에 낮추고, 이완 연신배율을 조정함으로써 열수수축율을 낮추는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 자수사의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 폴리에스테르 자수사는 인장강도가 2.3∼3.3g/d이고 파단신도가 15∼25%이며 열수수축율이 2% 이하로 우수한 물성을 나타내었다.

Claims (4)

  1. 폴리에스테르 자수사를 제조함에 있어서, 폴리에스테르섬유의 방사공정에서 알칼리, 감량 처리제로서 다음 구조식(I)의 4급 암모늄 화합물, 방사유제로 구성되는 방사용 처리제를 사(絲)에 부착시킨 후 연신공정에서 연신롤러의 열처리 온도에 의하여 에칭(etching)시켜서 인장강도와 파단신도를 동시에 낮추고, 이완 연신배율을 조정하여 열수수축율을 낮추는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 자수사의 제조방법.
    여기에서, R1는 C8∼C18의 알킬기, R2∼R4는 각각 CH3, CH2CH3, C6H5, X는 Cl 또는 Br.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 방사용 처리제의 조성은 알칼리 5∼15중량%, 상기 구조식(I)의 4급 암모늄 화합물 0.5∼5중량%, 방사유제 80∼94.5중량%로 함을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 자수사의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리는 가성소다 또는 수산화 칼륨임을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 자수사의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연신은 4단 연신공정으로 이완 연신배율 0.94∼0.97, 열처리 온도 190∼220℃로 함을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 자수사의 제조방법.
