Abstract

본 발명은 에폭시/폴리에테르설폰 조성물 그리고 이를 이용한 에폭시 메트릭스에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 다관능성 에폭시 올리고머와 방향족아민 경화제가 1 : 0.5∼1.5 당량비로 혼합된 에폭시수지와 폴리에테르설폰 올리고머를 혼합하고, 이를 150∼250℃에서 경화시켜 내충격성 및 투명성이 우수한 에폭시/폴리에테르설폰 조성물과 이를 이용한 에폭시 메트릭스에 관한 것이다.

제1도는 경화반응에 따른 상분리현강의 광산란 프로파일이며, 제2도는 화반응에 따른 상용해현상의 광산란 프로파일이며, 제3도는 여러 경화온도에서의 경화시간에 따른 광산란 적분강도의 변화이며, 제4도는 제3도의 경화시간 t2와 t3에서의 전자현미경사진이며, 제5도는 상용해현상을 보여주는 광학현미경사진이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 에폭시수지와 폴리에테르설폰으로 이루어진 에폭시/폴리에테르설폰 조성물에 있어서, 3관능성 에폭시 올리고머와 방향족아민 경화제가 1 : 0.5∼1,5 당량비로 구성된 에폭시수지 70∼80중량%와 폴리에테르설폰 올리고머 20~30 중량%로 구성된 것을 특징을 하는 에폭시/폴리에테르설폰 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방향족아민 경화제는 4-아미노페닐설폰, 4-아미노페닐에테르 또는 4-아미노페닐메틸렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시/폴리에테르설폰 조성물.
  3. 3관능성 에폭시 올리고머와 방향족아민 경화제가 1 : 0.5∼1,5 당량비로 구성된 에폭시수지 70∼80중량%와 폴리에테르설폰 올리고머 20∼30중량%를 혼합하고, 이 혼합물을 180∼220℃에서 경화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시 메트릭스의 제조방법.
  4. 3관능성 에폭시 올리고머와 방향족아민 경화제가 1 : 0.5∼1,5 당량비로 구성된 에폭시수지 70∼80 중량%와 폴리에테르설폰 올리고머 20∼30 중량%로 이루어져 있고, 0.5∼3㎛ 입경의 에폭시입자가 폴리에테르설폰-리치상에 균일하게 분산되어 있으며, 광학적으로 투명한 것임을 특징으로 하는 에폭시 메트릭스.
