Abstract

리브나 보스를 보유하는 평판 등, 비교적 요철이 많은 복잡한 형상의 성형품의 표면에 예컨대 어영석모양이나, 대리석모양, 반점형상 모양 등의 각종 모양을 발현할 수 있는 시이트몰링조성물(이하, SMC)즉, 그 표면전체에 걸쳐서 균일하고 깨끗한 모양을 보유하는 복잡한 형상의 성형품의 제조에 바람직한 SMC 및 그 제조방법 및 그 성형방법을 제공한다.
SMC는, 성형품표면에 모양을 발현하는 가식재와, 길이 3∼13㎜의 유리섬유를 함유해서 이루어진다. 또, SMC는, 열경화성수지 100중량부에 대하여 5∼100메쉬 크기의 가식재가 0.1∼100중량부 사용되고 있다. 상기 한 SMC는, 예컨대 이형필름공급장치(1),(1), 나이프크오더(10),(10), 벨트콘베이어(3), 절단장치(5), 기포롤러(8),(8) 및 미숙성의 SMC(20)을 권취하는 권치롤러 등을 구비한 SMC 제조장치에 의해 제조된다.

제1도는 본 발명에 관한 일 실시예의 형태에 있어서의 시이트몰딩조성물을 제조하는 제조장치의 개요의 구성도이다. 제2도는 본 발명에 관한 다른 실시의 형태에 있어서의 시이트몰딩조성물을 제조하는 제조장치의 개략한 구성도이다. 제3도(a)는 본 발명에 관한 일 실시예에 있어서의 시이트몰딩조성물을 사용해서 성형된 성형품 B의 정면도이다. (b)는 상기한 성형품 B의 X-X시시 단면도이다. (c)는 상기한 성형품 B의 저면도이다. (d)는 상기한 성형품 B의 Y-Y시시 단면도이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 성형품표면에 모양을 발현하는 가식재와 길이 3∼13㎜의 유리섬유를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 시이트몰링조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 열경화성수지 100중량부에 대하여 5∼100메쉬의 크기의 가식재와 0.1∼100중량부 사용되고 있는 시일드몰딩조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 가식재는 열경화성수지 및/또는 열가소성수지를 포함하고 있는 시일드몰딩조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 유리섬유를 5∼35중량%의 범위내에서 포함하고 있는 시일드몰딩조성물.
  5. 소정의 두께로 도포된 열경화성수지 조성물에 성형품표면에 모양을 발현하는 가식재를 살포하는 단계를 포함하고 있는 시일드몰딩조성물의 제조 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 가식재를 살포하는 단계의 뒤에 길이 3∼13㎜의 유리 섬유를 살포하는 단계를 포함하는 시이트몰링조성물의 제조방법.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 가식재를 살포하는 단계의 전에 길이 3∼13㎜의 유리 섬유를 살포하는 단계를 포함하고 있는 시이트몰링조성물의 제조방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 가식재를 살포하는 단계의 뒤에 길이 3∼13㎜의 유리 섬유를 살포하는 단계를 함유하는 시이트몰링조성물의 제조방법.
  9. 제5항에 있어서, 상기한 가식재의 크기는 5∼100메쉬인 시이트몰링조성물의 제조방법.
  10. 성형품표면에 모양을 발현하는 가식재와 길이 3∼13㎜의 유리섬유를 함유하고 이루어진 시이트몰링조성물을 성형품에 있어서 리브 및/또는, 보스로 되어야 할 공극을 보유하는 금형으로 성형하는 단계를 포함하고 있는 시이트몰링조성물의 성형방법.
