Abstract
본 발명은 투수콘크리트의 칼라 코팅 방법 및 이에 사용되는 칼라코팅재에 관한 것으로, 특히 표면 공극을 내부 공극으로 줄임으로서 투수성에 관계없이 표면강도를 증가시키고, 투수 콘크리트 생산시 생산공장에서 안료를 투입할 필요가 없게 하여 공장에서의 폐수 발생을 줄이고, 투수 콘크리트 전체를 칼라화하므로 손실되는 안료 소모량을 줄이므로서 보다 경제적인 투수 콘크리트를 제조할 수 있게 한 것이다.
본 발명은 물, 시멘트, 안료를 혼합하고 시멘트에서 발생하는 백화를 없애기 위하여 수용성 아크릴 수지를 사용하였으며 작업성을 높이기 위하여 재료를 물처럼 스프레이가 용이하게 고유동화제를 혼합한 칼라코팅재를 투수 콘크리트 표면에 살포하므로써 투수 콘크리트 저렴한 가격으로 칼라화시킬 수 있으며 본 재료들은 시멘트를 사용하므로 투수콘크리트와 일체화 시킬 수 있으므로 에폭시등을 사용하였을 경우에 오는 이원화 현상 및 고가의 자재를 사용하지 않고도 저렴한 가격으로 선명한 칼라를 유지할 수 있게 된다.
또한 살포후 표면공극을 줄이며 살포된 본 자재가 평탄화 할 수 있도록 비닐로 덮어서 붓 또는 페인트 로라등으로 가볍게 누르므로써 표면의 평탄화와 표면 공극을 줄이는 효과를 갖을 수 있으며 살포된 살포재의 수분은 투수 콘크리트 술럼프에서 흡수되고 일부는 표면으로 증발되며 나머지 수분인 비닐에 맺혀서 투수콘크리트에 지속적으로 수분을 공급하게 되므로 양질의 양생효과도 있게되어 살포된 살포재는 순 시멘트 강도에 버금가는 수준의 강도를 유지하게 되므로 강한 투수 콘크리트를 만들게 되면 관리의 편리한 투수 콘크리트를 완성하게 할 수 있는 공법이다.

Claims (2)
- 물의 중량비 50∼80%에 시멘트의 중량비 50∼20% 그리고 고형분 50% 기준의 수용성 아크릴 수지를 중량비로 물 사용량의 10∼50%를 혼합하며, 여기에 시멘트 사용량의 20% 이내의 무기질 안료와 시멘트 사용량의 2∼5% 범위의 고유 화제를 혼합한 칼라 코팅재를 페인트 살포용 스프레이로 포설 후 다짐한 투수 콘크리트 표면에 두께 2㎜ 이하로 살포하고, 습기가 증발하기 전에 비닐로 표면을 덮고 비닐 위를 로울러로 문지른 후, 이상태에서 24시간 이상 양생하고 비닐을 제거하는 투수콘크리트의 칼라 코팅 방법.
