Abstract
본 발명은 자동차 플로어(floor)의 중앙부에 상부로 돌출되게 형성되는 터널(tunnel)의 구조에 관한 것으로서, 정면 및 측면충돌시 바디의 변형이 효과적으로 억제되도록 하기 위해, 차량의 저면부를 형성하는 플로어판넬(10)의 중앙 상부에 상부로 돌출되는 터널(20)의 저면부에 소정 간격을 두고 보강판(23)이 폐단면으로 취부되며, 상기 폐단면 내부에 완충부재(24)가 기밀하게 장착되도록 구성하여, 측방향에서 하중이 작용되는 경우, 완충부재(24)가 충격에너지를 흡수하여 주게 되고, 완충부재(24)를 통해 일체로 연결되는 보강판(23)에 의해 하중이 플로어판넬(10) 전체에 폭넓게 분산되도록 하여, 변형되는 것이 억제되도록 하는 자동차 플로어의 터널 보강구조이다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
