Abstract

본 발명은 초경합금의 제조 과정 중에서 분쇄가 끝난 초경합금 분말을 진공중 300℃내지 500℃에서 1시간이상 열처리하는 것으로 이루어지는 초경합금 제조시의 초경합금 분말의 산화를 감소시키는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 분쇄된 초경합금 분말을 진공 중 300℃내지 500℃의 온도에서 1시간 이상 열처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초경합금 제조시의 초경합금 분말의 산화 방지방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 진공이 0.1토르 이하인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열처리가 약 10시간 동안 수행되는 방법.
