Abstract
본 발명은 영상 신호를 유사성 계산기법을 이용한 선택적 전송장치에 관한 것으로, 이를 해결하기 위해 블럭 트런케이션 코딩 (BTC) 방법을 이용하여 영상 신호의 비트 플랜과 이 비트 플랜의 대표정보를 제공하며, 이 분할된 비트플랜과 대응되는 대표정보를 이용하여 원래의 영상 복원하는 BTC 처리부와, 영상신호를 보상하여 제공하는 움직임 처리부와, 영상 신호간의 유사성을 계산하고, 이 유사성의 계산 결과에 따른 선택신호를 제공하는 절대평균에러 처리부와, 절대평균에러 처리부의 선택신호에 의해 선택적으로 이전 영상신호로 저장될 수 있도록 통로를 제어하는 제1, 2 선택기를 포함하여 구성되어 보다 효율적인 부호화를 수행할 수 있다.The present invention relates to a selective transmission apparatus using a similarity calculation method for a video signal.
