Abstract
[목적] 과전류보호동작중의 반도체스위치소자의 오프상태에 있어서의 접속단자간의 상태를 저비용으로 정도좋게 판별할 수 있는 과전류보호장치의 제공.[Object] Providing an overcurrent protection device capable of judging the state between connection terminals in an off state of a semiconductor switch element during an overcurrent protection operation at a low cost and with good accuracy.
