Abstract

본 발명은 브이.씨.알의 드럼 모터 제어 장치에 관한 것으로, 드럼 모터(50)와, 위상 펄스 발생부(52)와, 구형파 발생부(53)와, 위상 오차 검출부(56)와, 제1 펄스폭 변조 신호 발생부(60)와, 레벨 하강부(54)와, 적분기(58)와, 속도 오차 검출부(62)와, 제2 펄스폭 변조 신호 발생부(64)와, 가산기(66)와, 증폭기(68)를 포함하고 구성되어, 속도 펄스 발생 패턴을 사용하지 않고 드럼 모터의 속도를 제어하므로 제작비가 적게들 뿐만 아니라 장치 자체가 차지하는 공간도 줄일 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 브이.씨.알의 드럼 모터의 속도 및 위상을 제어하기 위한 드럼 모터 제어 장치에 있어서, 브이.씨.알의 드럼을 회전시키는 드럼 모터와; 상기 드럼 모터가 1회전 할 때마다 1개의 펄스를 발생하는 위상 펄스 발생부와; 상기 위상 펄스 발생기의 펄스 신호를 수신하여 구형파로 변환하는 구형파 발생부와; 상기 구형파 발생부에서 출력하는 구형파를 기준 전압과 비교하여 위상 오차를 검출하는 위상 오차 검출부와; 상기 위상 오차 검출부에서 검출된 오차 신호에 의거하여 상기 드럼모터의 위성을 제어하기 위한 펄스폭 변조신호를 발생하는 제1 펄스폭 변조신호 발생기와; 상기 구형파 발생부에서 출력하는 구형파의 전압 레벨을 소정의 레벨로 하강시키는 레벨 하강부와; 상기 레벨 하강부에서 레벨하강된 구형파를 적분하여 램프(ramp)파로 변형하는 적분기와; 상기 적분기로부터 출력하는 램프파를 기준 신호와 비교하여 그 오차를 검출하는 속도 오차 검출부와; 상기 속도 오차 검출부에서 검출된 오차 신호에 의거하여 상기 드럼 모터의 속도를 제어하기 위한 펄스폭 변조 신호를 발생하는 제2 펄스폭 변조 신호 발생부와; 상기 제1 및 제2 펄스폭 변조 신호 발생기로부터의 출력신호를 더하여 주는 가산기와; 상기 가산기의 출력신호를 증폭하여 상기 드럼 모터로 출력하는 증폭기를 포함하는 브이.씨.알의 드럼 모터 제어 장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 구형파 발생부는 슈미트 트리거 회로로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 브이.씨.알의 드럼 모터 제어 장치.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 속도 오차 검출부는, 속도 오차 검출부에 기 설정된 기준 신호와 상기 적분기로부터 입력하는 램프파의 기울기를 비교하여 오차 신호를 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 브이.씨.알의 드럼 모터 제어 장치.
