Abstract

본 발명은 공정제어용 조작반을 지니는 자동화 생산제어시스템이 관한 것으로, 조립생산라인의 각 공정에 설치된 로보트등을 포함한 각부에 장착된 복수개의 감지장치들과, 상기 장비들을 시퀸스 제어하는 콘트롤러, 상기 장비들에 이상상태가 발생된 경우 감지장치들 및 콘트롤러로부터 출력신호를 받아 이상이 발생된 공정의 위치를 표시하며 각 라인마다 제공된 주조작반과, 이상상태 내용을 나타내는 복수의 표시수단을 포함하며 각 공정마다 1대씩 제공된 부조작반으로 구성된다.

Claims (3)

  1. 공정제어용 조작반을 지니는 자동화 생산제어시스템에 있어서, 조립생산라인의 각공정에 설치된 로보트등을 포함한 장비들 각부에 제공된 복수개의 감지장치들과, 상기 장비들을 시퀀스 제어하는 콘트롤러, 장비들의 이상상태가 발생된 경우 감지장치와 콘트롤러로부터의 출력신호를 받아 이상이 발생된 공정의 위치를 표시하는 복수의 표시수단을 포함하는 주조작반과, 이상상태가 발생된 공정을 나타내는 복수의 표시수단을 지니는 복수의 부조작반으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 생산제어시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주 및 부조작반은 입출력장치를 포함하여 복수개의 감지장치들과 콘트롤러로부터의 출력신호를 받아 회로기판으로 전달하고, 회로기판으로부터의 출력신호를 받아 조작반의 표시수단에 나타나도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 생산제어시스템.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주조작반은 각 라인마다 1대씩 설치되고 부조작반은 각 공정마다 1대씩 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 생산제어시스템.
