Abstract

본 발명은 각종 자동차용 브레이크를 주정차시에 임의로 해제하지 못하도록 방지하는 브레이크 록킹장치를 제공하여 교통안전사고 예방 및 차량 도난에 대처할 수 있도록 한 것으로서, 록킹장치는 기존 자동차의 풋브레이크상에 연결되는 푸시로드와, 상기 푸시로드의 전후 슬라이드운동을 방향역전할 수 있는 역전레버로 이루어진 역전수단과, 상기 역전수단의 타단에 연결되어 전후 슬라이드 운동을 할 수 있는 슬라이드스토퍼, 슬라이드스토퍼와 수직방향에 설치되어 이의 전후 운동을 단속할 수 있는 록킹수단으로 구성한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 각종 자동차용 눗브레이크(1)를 록킹할 수 있는 브레이크 록킹장치를 구성함에 있어서; 상기 록킹장치는 풋브레이크(1) 상에 연결되는 푸시로드(13)와, 상기 푸시로드(13)의 전후 슬라이드운동을 방향전환할 수 있는 역전레버(14)로 이루어진 역전수단과, 상기 역전수단의 타단에 연결되어 전후 슬라이드 운동을 할 수 있는 슬라이드스토퍼(3); 상기 슬라이드스토퍼(3)와 수직장향에 설치되어 이의 전후 운동을 단속할 수 있는 록킹수단(4)으로 대부분 구성되며; 상기 슬라이드스토퍼(3)에는 조절숫나사(18)를 형성하여 이에 나사결합되는 스톱핑너트(19)를 구비하고, 상기 스톱핑너트(19)를 단속할 수 있는 록킹수단(4)은 케이싱(20)상에서 키뭉치(27)의 회전작동에 따라 전후 슬라이드운동을 행할 수 있는 케이싱(22)상에 스프링(23)으로 탄력설치되는 슬라이드록커(24)를 구비하며; 상기 슬라이드록커(24)에는 록킹시 슬라이드스토퍼(3)가 경유할 수 있는 개방홈(24b)과 스톱핑너트(19)가 억지경유할 수 있는 경사면부(24a)를 형성하며; 상기 록킹수단(4)의 슬라이드 케이싱(22)은 키뭉치(27)와 연결되는 회동간(28), 상기 회동간(28)의 하부에 형성되는 연결편(29)과 연결되는 연결레버(30)와 연결된 각운동가능한 록킹레버(26)와 연결구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 브레이크 록킹장치.
