Abstract
본 발명은 스트렙토키나제를 발현하는 미생물 및 그를 이용한 스트렙토키나제의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 좀 더 구체적으로, 본 발명은 스트렙토키나제 발현벡터와 그것으로 형질전환된 재조합 미생물 및 재조합 미생물로부터 스트렙토키나제를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 스트렙토키나제 발현벡터 pSK100으로 형질전환된 재조합 미생물을 배양하는 경우, 임상적으로 안전한 고순도의 스트렙토키나제를 경제적으로 대량 생산하는 효과를 가진다.The present invention relates to a microorganism expressing streptokinase and a method for producing streptokinase using the same.
