Abstract

광섬유를 절단하여 TiO2를 중착한 다음 서로 맞대고 융착하여 반사박막을 형성한 광섬유센서로서 타이어의 변형을 특정하는 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 광섬유 출력단의 출력광을 검출하여 공기압 타이어의 주기적인 변형측정을 위한 광섬유센서에 있어서, 광섬유 피복(clad)를 제거하고 절단한 다음 불꽃 환원방법으로 TiO2를 증착하여 반사박막을 형성한 후 전기아크 융착법으로 광섬유를 융착, 접속하여 만든 반사면을 갖는 것으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 공기입 타이어의 변형측정을 위한 광섬유센서.
