Abstract
광섬유를 절단하여 TiO2를 중착한 다음 서로 맞대고 융착하여 반사박막을 형성한 광섬유센서로서 타이어의 변형을 특정하는 것이다.

Claims (1)
- 광섬유 출력단의 출력광을 검출하여 공기압 타이어의 주기적인 변형측정을 위한 광섬유센서에 있어서, 광섬유 피복(clad)를 제거하고 절단한 다음 불꽃 환원방법으로 TiO2를 증착하여 반사박막을 형성한 후 전기아크 융착법으로 광섬유를 융착, 접속하여 만든 반사면을 갖는 것으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 공기입 타이어의 변형측정을 위한 광섬유센서.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
