Abstract
수율의 향상 및 대구경화가 가능한 저코스트의 오리피스프레이트를 제공한다.
공급구(1), (2)가 형성된 제1의 플레이트(114)와, 노즐(3)이 형성된 제2의 플레이트(118)를, 면내방향으로 유로(4)를 가진 드라이필름레지스트로 이루어지는 제3의 플레이트(116)에 대하여 두께방향으로 맞붙여 적층한다.

제1도는 본 발명을 적용한 오리피스플레이트의 구성을 나타낸 단면도, 제2도는 본 발명을 적용한 오리피스플레이트를 노즐측으로부터 본 상태의 평면도, 제3도는 본 발명을 적용한 오리피스플레이트의 제조공정을 순차 나타낸 단면도, 제4도는 제1도에 나타낸 오리피스플레이트의 전체면에 보호막을 형성한 오리피스플레이트의 단면도.
Claims (15)
- 3매의 플레이트가 적층되어 이루어지는 적층플레이트의 한쪽의 면에 2종 이상의 상이한 액체가 공급되는 복수의 공급구가 배설되고, 이들 복수의 공급구가 배설되는 면과 대향하는 다른 쪽의 면에 2종 이상의 액체를 혼합한 혼합액체를 토출하는 노즐을 가지고 이루어지는 오리피스플레이트에 있어서, 중간에 배설되는 플레이트가 드라이필름레지스트로 이루어지고, 이 플레이트의 면내방향으로 유로가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 오리피스플레이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중간플레이트에 배설되는 유로가 각 공급구와 접속되는 동시에, 노즐과 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 오리피스플레이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 복수의 공급구중 최소한 하나의 공급구가 노즐과 서로 대향한 위치에 배설되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 오리피스플레이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 2종 이상의 액체중 1종 이상이 잉크인 것을 특징으로 하는 오리피스플레이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 2종 이상의 액체중 1종 이상이 잉크이고, 다른 1종 이상이 희석액인 것을 특징으로 하는 오리피스플레이트.
- 2종 이상의 상이한 액체가 공급되는 복수의 공급구가 배설된 제1의 플레이트와, 이들 복수의 공급구중 최소한 하나의 공급구와 서로 대향하고, 2종 이상의 액체를 혼합한 혼합액체를 토출하는 노즐을 가진 제2의 플레이트를, 각 공급구 및 노즐과 접속되는 유로가 플레이트의 면내방향으로 형성되어 이루어지는 드라이필름 레지스트로 이루어지는 제3의 플레이트에 대하여, 이 제3의 플레이트를 두께방향으로 사이에 끼워넣도록 하여 적층하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오리피스플레이트의 제조방법.
- 3매의 플레이트가 적층되어 이루어지는 적층플레이트의 한쪽의 면에 2종 이상의 상이한 액체가 공급되는 복수의 공급구가 배설되는 동시에, 이들 복수의 공급구가 배설되는 면과 대향하는 다른 쪽의 면에 2종 이상의 액체를 혼합한 혼합액체를 토출하는 노즐이 배설되고, 또한 중간플레이트의 면내방향으로 유로를 가지고, 이 중간플레이트가 드라이필름레지스트로 이루어지는 오리피스플레이트와, 각 공급구에 접속되고, 액체가 각각 채워진 액체수용용기와, 노즐에 접속되고, 2종 이상의 액체를 혼합한 혼합액체를 수용하는 혼합액수용용기를 구비하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체혼합장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 복수의 공급구중 최소한 하나의 공급구가 노즐과 서로 대향한 위치에 배설되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체혼합장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 2종 이상의 액체중 1종 이상이 잉크인 것을 특징으로 하는 액체혼합장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 2종 이상의 액체중 1종 이상이 잉크이고, 다른 1종 이상이 희석액인 것을 특징으로 하는 액체혼합장치.
- 3매의 플레이트가 적층되어 이루어지는 적층플레이트의 한쪽의 면에 2종 이상의 상이한 액체가 공급되는 복수의 공급구가 배설되는 동시에, 이들 복수의 공급구가 배설되는 면과 대향하는 다른 쪽의 면에 2종 이상의 액체를 혼합한 혼합액체를 토출하는 노즐이 배설되고, 또한 중간플레이트의 면내방향으로 유로를 가지고, 이 중간플레이트가 드라이필름레지스트로 이루어지는 오리피스플레이트와, 각 공급구 근방부에 배설되고, 이들 공급구 근방부에 있어서의 액체의 압력을 상승시키는 압력상승수단과, 이 압력상승수단에 의하여 각 공급구 근방부에 있어서의 액체의 압력을 상승시켜서, 혼합한 혼합액체를 노즐로부터 토출하여 기록매체에 대하여 부착시키는 기록헤드를 구비하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 프린터장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 복수의 공급구중 최소한 하나의 공급구가 노즐과 서로 대향한 위치에 배설되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 프린터장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 2종 이상의 액체중 1종 이상이 잉크이고, 다른 1종 이상이 희석액인 것을 특징으로 하는 프린터장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 압력상승수단이 히터인 것을 특징으로 하는 프린터장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 압력상승수단이 압전(壓電)소자인 것을 특징으로 하는 프린터장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
