Abstract

본 발명은 그린타이어의 성형장치에 관한 것으로, 2대의 밴드드럼(3)과 2대의 벨트드럼(7) 및 4대의 성형드럼(10)이 상호유기적으로 작동되도록 적절히 배치됨과 더불어 비이드공급장치(11)와 스티쳐(12) 및 그린타이어인출장치(13)를 매개로 그린타이어를 성형하도록 된 구조로, 각각의 드럼(3,7,10)을 선회시킴으로써 각각의 드럼(3,7,10)에 반제품재료를 갇는데 걸리는 시간을 단축할 수 있음은 물론, 재료교체시 자동화가 용이하도록 되어 성인화에도 기여할 수 있도록 된 것이다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 그린타이어의 성형장치를 나타내는 블럭도, 제2도는 종래 기술에 따른 그린타이어의 성형장치를 나타내는 블록도이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 밴드의 구성품인 인너라이너와 카카스 및 사이드왈을 순차적으로 자동절단장치에 의해 공급되는 2대의 카카스공급컨베어(1)와 대응되는 위치에 배치됨과 더불어 밴드드럼구동부(2)에 의해 180도 선회가능하도록 설치된 밴드드럼(3)과, 이 밴드드럼(3)에 서 완성된 밴드를 다음 공정으로 이송시킬 수 있도록 설치된 밴드이송장치(4), 벨트조립품의 구성품인 벨트와 트레드를 순차적으로 공급시키는 2대의 벨트/트레드공급컨베어(5)와 대응되는 위치에 배치됨과 더불어 벨트드럼구동부(6)에 의해 180도 선회가능하도록 설치된 벨트드럼(7), 이 벨트드럼(7)에서 완성된 벨트조립품을 다음공정으로 이송시킬 수 있도록 설치된 벨트이송장치(8), 상기 밴드이송장치(4)에 의해 공급된 밴드가 중앙에 설치된 성형드럼구동부(9)에 의해 90도씩 선회되는 4대의 성형드럼(10) 및, 이 성형드럼(10)중 1대의 성형드럼(10)에 끼워진 상태로 90도 선회되면 이 위치에 설치된 비이드공급장치(11)로부터 비이드를 공급받아 재차 90도 선회하여 상기 벨트이송장치(8)로부터 공급된 벨트조립품이 소정 위치에 설치된 스티쳐(12)에 의해 그린케이스위에 가압되면서 감겨진 다음 또 한번의 90도 회전되어 인출시키는 그린타이어인출장치(13)로 이루어진 그린타이어의 성형장치.
