Abstract
본 발명은 용접부재의 가공이나 취부오차에 따른 개선폭 변화와 용접선오차에 대응하여 용접선을 추적하면서 다층용접할 수 있는 알고리즘 적용에 의한 용접 제어방법에 관한 것이다. 용접부재의 가공, 취부오차에 대응하여 용접선추적을 위한 위빙끝단 검출을 위하여 기준용접전류(Ie)를 설정하고 위빙보정량(Dr)에 의해 위빙을 보정하고, 개선폭 변화에 따른 용착량 두께를 일정하게 유지하기 위한 갭변화에 따른 가변속도(Vc2)제어와 다층적층을 위하여 n층까지의 전체높이(Hn), n층의 폭(Wn), 높이(hn)에 대한 제어방법의 적용에 의해 다층용접을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변개선폭에 대한 용접선추적과 다층용접을 위한 제어방법The present invention relates to a welding control method by applying an algorithm capable of welding a multi-layer while tracking a weld line in response to a change in the width of an improvement and a weld line error due to machining or mounting errors of the weld member.
