Abstract

본 발명은 방사성 팻치/필름 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 방사성 물질을 팻치/필름 형태로 하여 피부에 접착시켜 직접 피부에 방사선을 조사하게 되어 있는 방사성 팻치/필름은 안정 핵종을 함유하는 다양한 형태의 안정 팻치/필름을 만든 중성자 조사하여 제조하는 것으로서 각종 암 및 피부질환 치료에 효과적이다.

방사성 팻치/필름 및 그의 제조방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명에 의해 제조한166Ho-방사성 팻치,
제2도는 본 발명의 방사성 팻치에 의한 종양 치유의 효과 1) 치료전 백서에서 피부암이 발생된 모습, 2)166Ho-방사성 팻치를 피부암 부위에 부착한 모습, 3) 치료일주일 후 피부암이 소실된 모습.

Claims (15)

  1. 치료용 방사선을 방출하는 방사성 핵종이 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 방사성 팻치/필름.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 치료용 방사선을 방출하는 방사성 핵종의 입자와 기제가 혼합된 층, 이것을 지지하는 지지층 그리고 라미네이트층으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 방사성 팻치
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 치료용 방사선을 방출하는 방사성 핵종과 기제가 혼합된 층과 라미네이트층으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 방사성 필름.
  4. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 방사성 핵종은 β-선 방출 핵종 또는 γ-선 방출핵종인 것을 특징으로 하는 방사성 팻치/필름.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, β-선 방출 핵종 또는153Sm,165Dy,166Ho,32P,90Y 또는169Er 중에서 선택되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방사성 팻치/필름.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, γ-선 방출핵종은 또는192Ir인 것을 특징으로 하는 방사성 팻치/필름.
  7. 1) 안정 핵종의 입자를 기제와 혼합한 후 기지제에 도포하여 팻치를 제조하는 단계, 2) 팻치를 얇은 막으로 라미네이션하여 밀봉하는 단계, 3) 밀봉된 팻치를 원자로에서 중성자 조사하여 방사선을 방출하는 방사성 팻치를 제조하는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항의 방사성 팻치의 제조방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 안정핵종의 입자는165Ho 화합물의 입자,164Dr 화합물의 입자,89Y2O3입자,31P 입자,191Ir 화합물의 입자로 구성되는 군에서 선택되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방사성 팻치의 제조방법.
  9. 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 안정 핵종의 입자의 크기는 1~10㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 방사성 팻치의 제조방법.
  10. 1) 안정 핵종의 용액과 기제를 용매에 녹인 용액을 혼합하여 얇은 막을 만든 후 건조시켜 필름을 만드는 단계, 2) 필름을 얇은 막으로 라미네이션하여 밀봉하는 단계, 3) 밀봉된 필름을 원자로에서 중성자 조사하여 방사선을 방출하는 방사성 필름을 제조하는 단계로 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방사성 팻치의 제조방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 안정핵종의 용액은165Ho(No3)3, 또는164Dy(No3)3를 녹인 것을 특징으로 하는 방사성 팻치의 제조방법.
  12. 제7항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 라미네이션하는 막은 폴리에틸렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 방사성 팻치 필름의 제조방법.
  13. 제1항의 방사성 팻치/필름의 암 치료제로서의 용도.
  14. 제1항의 방사성 팻치/필름의 피부 질환 치료제로서의 용도.
  15. 제12항에 있어서, 피부 질환은 각종 피부암, 무좀, 켈로이드(Keloid)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피부 질환 치료제로서의 용도.
