Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は、一般には予め布などのベースシートに塗布
した形で用いる外皮用薬としての貼付薬の改良に関する
もので、天然放射性鉱物の微粉末を混合（混入）したこ
とを特長としている。
この発明に係る貼付薬によれば、貼付薬の貼付部の生体
組織部が、貼付薬中の主薬剤によって刺激ｇｎると同時
に、天然放射性鉱物の微粉末から放射ざｎる放射線によ
っても刺激されるので、この両者の相剰的な作用で、こ
の生体組織部の筋肉の緊張のほぐしゃ血行の促進が迅速
に行わ九る。したがってより短い勘間で肩とり、腰痛、
筋肉痛などの異常や疾患が解消されるという有用な効果
が奏される。
この発明の貼付薬における天然放射性鉱物としては、一
般には、フェルグソン石、モナズ石、苗木石、エナ石、
カルノー石などを用いることができる。
またこの貼付薬における天然放射性鉱物の微粉末の混合
比率は、貼付薬のコストアップを低く抑えるとともに１
日２〜３回の貼り替えという用法等の点から、一般には
０．１〜５重量％にすることができる。
次にこの発明に係る貼付薬の効果を実験例に基づいて明
らかＫする。
〔実験例Ｉ〕
入光製薬（株）製貼付薬（商品名：ザロンバス）（１２
７メ中サリチル酸メチル１３２ｇ、ｌ−メントール１ク
０１ ール２０　ｆ１チモール１．６８　Ｆ！、ビタミンＥ酢
酸エステル［］、２４　ｆ　’）の普通判と、こノｔに
フェルグソン石（酸化ラジウム５．９０％、酸化トリウ
ム１、２９％、酸化ニオビウム４１．３９　％、酸化イ
ツトリウム３８２９　％、その他１　３．　１　３　％
）の微粉末を０、５重量％相当一様に付着混合させたも
のを、そ１，ぞｎこり状態が比較的軽い左肩部とや＼ひ
どい右肩部に貼付したととる、前者を貼伺した左肩部は
８時間後も肩こりが解消しなかったが、後者のものを貼
付した右肩部は８時間後においては完全に肩こりが解消
していた。

と同一のフェルグソン石の微粉末を１．５重量％相当付
着混合したものを、腰ブ市部に並べて貼１勺したところ
、１２時間後においＣｒｉ、前者を貼付した部位の痛み
は幾分軽減σ′ｔ′１だ程度であったが、後者を貼付し
た部位の痛みはほとんど消失していた。

  1. （１）天然放射性鉱物の微粉末を混合してなる貼付薬。
  2. （２）天然放射性鉱物の微粉末の混合比率が０．１〜５
    重量％である、特許請求の範囲第（１）項記載の貼付薬
    。
