Abstract

본 발명은 온도 감지장치의 전선 연결방법에 관한 것으로서, 특히 온도센서의 각 리이드에 전선이 연결된 상태에서 이들을 절연함에 있어서, 상기 온도센서와 리이드의 연결부위에 보호부재가 형성되는 단계와, 상기 온도센서와 보호부재의 표면에 방부재가 도포되는 단계와, 상기 리이드와 전선의 와이어가 용접 등의 수단으로 연결되는 단계와, 상기 전선의 전선피복을 당겨서 상기 용접부의를 포함한 리이드가 피복되도록 하는 단계를 구비하는 특징적인 구성에 의해, 온도센서와 리이드 사이에 보호부재를 형성하여 온도센서가 파손되는 것이 방지된 상태로 방부재가 도포된 상태에서 전선의 와이어가 용접 등의 수단으로 리이드에 연결되고 또한 용접부위가 당겨진 전선피복으로 감싸져 절연되므로 별도의 전연부재가 불필요하고 또한 제작성이 향상되는 효과가 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 온도센서의 각 리이드에 전선이 연결된 상태에서 이들을 절연함에 있어서, 상기 온도센서(10)와 리이드(11)의 연결부위에 보호부재(12)가 형성되는 단계와, 상기 온도센서(10)와 보호부재(12)의 표면에 방부재(13)가 도포되는 단계와, 상기 리이드(11)와 전선(14)의 와이어(15)가 용접 등의 수단으로 연결되는 단계와, 상기 전선(14)의 전선피복(16)을 당겨서 상기 용접부위를 포함한 가이드(11)가 피복되도록 하는 단계를 구비하는 온도 감지장치의 전선 연결방법.
