Abstract
본 발명은 코일의 저항값 측정장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 코일에 전류를 흘려 온도가 포화상태에 도달했을 때 코일 양단간의 저항값을 측정할 수 있도록 한 저항법을 이용한 코일저항 측정회로에 관한 것으로, 가전제품에 맞는 각기 다른 값을 가지는 소자들의 특성을 측정하기 위해서 종래에는 일반적인 테스터기나 오실로스코프 및 기타 측정장치를 가지고 측정하였다. 또한 전원을 이용하여 측정하는 경우에는 전원을 인가하면서 소자의 특성을 측정하거나 전원을 인가한 후에 소자의 특성을 측정하였다. 그러나 이러한 방법에 의한 소자 특성측정은 전원하는 동작과 소자의 특성을 측정하는 동작 등 여러번의 걸쳐 측정해야 함으로 손이 많이 가는 결점을 가지고 있었다. 또한 전원을 인가하는 시점과 소자특성을 측정하는 시점이 각기 다르기 때문에 소자의 특성이 정확하게 측정되지 못하는 결점을 가지고 있었다.The present invention relates to a resistance measurement device of a coil, and more particularly, to a coil resistance measurement circuit using a resistance method that allows a current to flow through a coil to measure resistance between both ends of the coil when the temperature reaches saturation.
