Abstract

본 발명은 시트 방수재 제조 방법 및 그 제조 장치에 관한 것으로, 종래 알갱이 형태의 방수물질을 시트에 접착시켜 제조하던 방법을 개량하여 방수물질 알갱이를 미리 접착제와 혼합시킨 후, 이를 시트에 접착시키는 방법으로, 이를 구현하기 위하여 교반기를 겸한 방수막재 도포기를 설치하고, 또한, 시트 상에 도포된 방수막재의 두께와 밀도를 조절하기 위하여 벨트 컨베이어상에 압밀롤러부를 하나 또는 복수개 형성시키고, 입자유실을 막기위하여 방수막재의 상부에 부직도 등의 보호막을 형성시키는 보호막 형성부를 선택적으로 형성시킬수 있도록 함으로서, 방수물질로 된 방수막재의 유실을 방지할 수 있으며, 사용되는 환경에 따라, 방수물질과 접착제의 혼합비율을 달리하여 최상의 제품을 제조할 수 있으며, 방수물질인 시트를 다양한 물질로 형성시키며 방수물질로 된 방수막재 상부에 부직포 등을 부착시키는 등 작업환경에 맞추어 최상의 방수효과를 거둘 수 있는 제품을 생산할 수 있음은 그 특징으로 한다.

Claims (5)

  1. 시트 방수재를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 1) 제1방수물질인 시트 상부에 접착제를 도포시키는 단계와, 2) 접착제와 제2방수물질을 교반시켜 상기 시트에 도포시킬 방수막재를 제조하여 이를 상기 접착제가 도포된 시트에 두껍게 도포시키는 단계와, 3) 상기 시트상에 두껍게 도포접착된 방수막재를 소정 두께와 밀도로 얇게 압밀시키는 단계를 포함한 일련의 단계로 이루어진 시트 방수재 제조 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 1)단계에서 제1방수물질인 시트로 H.D.P.E(High density polythylene), ECB(Ethylene copolymer bitument), EVA(ethylene vinyl acetate), PVC(poly vinyl chloride), 부직포 등의 물질 중 하나를 선택하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시트 방수재 제조 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 3)단계를 거친 시트 방수재의 상기 방수막재 상부에 부직포나 섬유, 제지류 등의 방수막재 유실 보호막을 형성시키는 단계를 포함한 일련의 단계로 이루어진 시트 방수재 제조 방법.
  4. 시트 방수막재 제조 장치에 있어서, 제1방수물질인 방수 시트를 공급하도록 형성시킨 시트 공급부와; 시트에 접착제를 고루 도포시키도록 형성시킨 접착제 도포기와; 접착제 도포기로부터 소정거리 떨어진 위치에 형성시켜, 제2방수물질과 접착제를 혼합하여 방수막재를 형성시키는 교반기와, 상기 교반기에서 혼합된 방수막재를 시트상에 공급하는 방수막재 공급기를 포함하여 구성된 방수막재 공급부와; 상기 시트를 상기 접착제 도포기와, 상기 방수막재 공급부로 이동시키도록 형성시킨 벨트 컨베이어와; 상기 방수막재 공급부를 거친 시트를 공급받아 시트상에 도포접착된 방수막재를 소정두께 및 밀도로 압밀시키도록 상기 벨트 컨베이어에 부착하여 형성시킨 소정 개수의 압밀롤러부를 포함하여 이루어진 시트 방수재 제조 장치.
  5. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 벨트 컨베이어 상에, 상기 압밀롤러부에 이웃하여 형성시켜, 상기 압밀롤러부를 거친 상기 시트의 상부에 부직포 등을 접착시키기 위하여 형성시킨 보모막재 공급기와, 한 쌍의 압밀롤러로 이루어진 보호막 형성부를 부가 설치하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 시트 방수재 제조 장치.
