Abstract

본 발명은 잔여량의 실리카 지지된 촉매 및 포스파이트 및 폴리아민을 함유하는 폴리올레핀 조성물을 제공한다. 폴리아민은 조성물 내에 존재하여 중합체 조성물이 장기간동안 습기에 노출되어도 포스파이트의 가수분해를 감소시킨다. 폴리아민은 포스파이트에 원하는 수준의 가수분해 내성을 부과하기에 충분한 양으로 존재한다. 폴리올레핀 조성물은 성형 제품을 제조하는데 유용하다.

Claims (10)

  1. (a) 잔여량의 실리카 지지체 ; (b) 포스파이트 ; 및 (c) 상기 포스파이트의 총중량을 기준으로 5중량% 이상으로 존재하는 폴리아민을 포함하는 폴리올레핀 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실리카가 폴리올레핀 조성물의 총중량을 기준으로 1ppm 이상으로 존재하는 폴리올레핀 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 포스파이트가 폴리올레핀 조성물의 총중량을 기준으로 100ppm 이상으로 존재하는 폴리올레핀 조성물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 폴리아민이 상기 포스파이트에 대해 1 : 50 이상의 비로 존재하는 폴리올레핀 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리아민이 폴리올레핀 조성물의 총중량을 기준으로 100ppm 이상으로 존재하는 폴리올레핀 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리아민이 1급 디아민인 폴리올레핀 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리아민이 1, 6헥산 디아민인 폴리올레핀 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 포스파이트가 조성물의 총중량을 기준으로 100ppm 이상으로 존재하고, 상기 포스파이트가 펜타에리트르톨 디포스파이트인 폴리올레핀 조성물.
  9. (a) 잔여량의 실리카 지지체 ; (b) 포스포나이트 ; 및 (c) 상기 포스포 나이트의 총중량을 기준으로 5중량% 이상으로 존재하는 폴리아민을 포함하는 폴리올레핀 조성물.
  10. (a) 발연성 실리카 ; (b) 포스파이트 ; 및 (c) 상기 포스파이트의 총중량을 기준으로 5중량% 이상으로 존재하는 폴리아민을 포함하는 폴리올레핀 조성물.
