Abstract

본 발명은 스폿 용접 작업의 효율화를 목적으로 하며, 용접에 전극을 필요로 하는 저항 용접 대신에 레이저 조사의 고열에 의한 국부적인 용융 현상을 이용하여 스폿 용접을 행한다. 전극의 드레싱 작업이 불필요해지므로 다수의 용접 부위에 대해 효율 좋게 연속적으로 스폿 용접을 행할 수 있고, 주변 설비도 간략화된다.The present invention aims at improving the efficiency of spot welding and performs spot welding using a local melting phenomenon due to high temperature of laser irradiation instead of resistance welding which requires an electrode for welding.
