Abstract
이 발명은 다중 공통전극 전위의 액정표시장치 구동장치에 관한 것으로, 외부로부터의 입력신호에 따라 액정표시장치(500)에 선·문자·기호 등의 신호를 표시하기 위해 액정표시장치의 가로축 주사선을 구동하는 장치를 제어하는 신호와, 상기 액정표시장치(500)의 세로축 신호선을 구동하는 장치를 제어하는 신호와, 상기 액정표시장치(500)의 잔상 및 깜빡거림이 없는 화질을 구성할 수 있도록 액정표시장치(500)의 각 공통전극에 공급되는 전압을 선택하는 신호를 출력하는 제어부(100)와, 상기 제어부(100)로부터 입력된 신호에 따라 동작하여, 액정표시장치(500)의 각 트랜지스터의 게이트단자에 연결되어 있는 가로축 주사선으로 신호를 출력하는 주사전극 구동부(200)와, 상기 제어부(100)로부터 입력된 신호에 따라 동작하여, 액정표시장치(500)의 각 트랜지스터의 소스단자에 연결되어 있는 세로축 신호선으로 신호를 출력하는 신호전극 구동부(300)와, 상기 제어부(100)로부터 입력된 신호에 따라 동작하여, 액정표시장치(500)의 각 공통전극에 해당하는 신호를 선택하여 출력하는 공통전극 구동부(400)로 이루어져 있으며, 액정표시장치를 구동하는 데에 있어서, 온도 등 주변상황에 따라 공통전극 전위의 공급을 선택할 수 있도록 함으로써, 공통전극보다 상위하는 쪽의 전압의 크기와 공통전극보다 하위하는 쪽의 전압의 크기가 같도록 하여 화면의 깜빡거림 현상을 개선하고, 또, 공통전극보다 상위하는 쪽의 전압의 합과 공통전극보다 하위하는 쪽의 전압의 합이 같도록 하여 잔상 현상을 개선하여, 양질의 액정표시장치를 구동시키는 다중 공통전극 전위의 액정표시장치 구동장치에 관한 것이다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an apparatus for driving a liquid crystal display device with multiple common electrode potentials. A signal for controlling a driving device, a signal for controlling a device for driving a vertical signal line of the liquid crystal display device 500, and a liquid crystal so as to form an image having no afterimage and flickering of the liquid crystal display device 500; The control unit 100 outputs a signal for selecting a voltage supplied to each common electrode of the display device 500, and operates according to a signal input from the control unit 100 to control the transistors of the transistors of the liquid crystal display device 500. A scan electrode driver 200 which outputs a signal to a horizontal scan line connected to a gate terminal, and operates according to a signal input from the controller 100 to operate the respective transistors of the liquid crystal display device 500. The signal electrode driver 300 outputs a signal to a vertical signal line connected to the source terminal of the tester, and operates according to a signal input from the controller 100 to correspond to each common electrode of the liquid crystal display device 500. The common electrode driver 400 selects and outputs a signal, and in driving the liquid crystal display device, the supply of the common electrode potential can be selected according to the surrounding conditions such as temperature, so that the common electrode is higher than the common electrode. The flicker of the screen is improved by making the magnitude of the voltage equal to the voltage lower than the common electrode, and the sum of the voltage higher than the common electrode and the voltage lower than the common electrode. The present invention relates to a liquid crystal display device driving apparatus having multiple common electrode potentials for improving the afterimage phenomenon and driving a high quality liquid crystal display device.
