Abstract

본 발명은 산소 차단성 수지 조성물 및 그의 성형품에 관한 것으로서, 좀 더 상세하게는 폴리올레핀 10~88중량부, EVOH 10~50중량부, 상용화제 0~20중량부, 그리고 접착부여제 2~10중량부로 이루어진 산소차단성수지 조성물과 이로부터 제조된 산소차단성 필름이나 시트 등의 성형품에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따르면 기체, 특히 산소에 대한 차단 성능이 우수한 필름이나 시트를 제조할 수 있다.

Claims (13)

  1. 폴리올레핀 10~88중량%와 에틸렌-비닐알코올 공중합체 10~50중량%, 상용화제 0~20중량% 및 접착부여제 2~10중량%로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 산소 차단성 수지 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀이 고밀도폴리에틸렌(HDPE), 저밀도폴리에틸렌(LDPE), 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌(LLDPE, 에틸렌과 α-올레핀과의 공중합체), 프로필렌의 단독중합체, 에틸렌과 프로필렌의 공중합체 중에서 선택된 하나 이상을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산소 차단성 수지 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 α-올레핀이 탄소수 4~8개의 α-올레핀으로서, 부텐-1, 헥센-1, 4-메틸펜텐-1, 옥텐-1 중에서 하나 이상이 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 산소 차단성 수지 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌-비닐알코올 공중합체가 에틸렌의 함량이 20~60몰%인 에틸렌-비닐아세테이트 공중합체를 적어도 95몰% 이상 검화시킨 것임을 특징으로 하는 산소 차단성 수지 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상용화재가 불포화에스테르가 5~40몰%로 에틸렌과 공중합된 중합체 및/또는 카르보닐기를 가진 단량체가 폴리올레핀에 0.3~4.0중량부로 그라프트된 중합체 중에서 하나 이상이 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 산소 차단성 수지 조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 불포화에스테르가 5~40몰%로 에틸렌과 공중합된 중합체가 에틸렌-비닐아세테이트 공중합체, 에틸렌-아크릴산 공중합체, 에틸렌-메타크릴산 공중합체, 에틸렌-알킬 아크릴레이트 공중합체, 에틸렌-알킬 메타크릴레이트 공중합체 중에서 하나 이상이 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 산소 차단성 수지 조성물.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 카르보닐기를 가진 단량체가 무수말레익산, 말레익산, 퓨마릭산, 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 비닐아세테이트, 아클리아마이드, 메타크릴아마이드, 알킬 아크릴레이트, 알킬 메타크릴레이트 중에서 하나 이상이 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 산소 차단성 수지 조성물.
  8. 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 알킬 아크릴레이트 또는 알킬 메타크릴레이트가 탄소수 5~13개의 아크릴산- 또는 메타크릴산 - 에스테르임을 특징으로 하는 산소 차단성 수지 조성물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접착 부여제는 분자량 300~3,000이며, 탄소수 5~12개의 탄화수소 단량체를 중합한 100℃ 이상의 연화온도를 나타내는 탄화수소계 중합체임을 특징으로 하는 산소 차단성 수지 조성물.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 탄소수 5~12개의 탄화수소 단량체가 인덴, 스티렌, 메틸인덴, 메틸스티렌, 피페릴렌, 이소프렌, 2-메틸부텐-2, 디시클로펜타디엔, 디펜텐, 디-리모넨, α-또는 β-피넨중에서 하나 이상이 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 산소 차단성 수지 조성물.
  11. 상기 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 수지 조성물에 의해 제조된 필름이나 시트의 성형품.
  12. 제11항에 의하여 제조된 성형층과 열가소성 수지와의 성형층으로 이루어진 다층 구조의 필름이나 시트의 성형품.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지가 고밀도폴리에틸렌, 저밀도폴리에틸렌, 선형저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 프로필렌의 단독중합체, 에틸렌과 프로필렌의 공중합체, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트, 폴리아마이드 중에서 하나 이상이 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 다층 구조의 필름이나 시트의 성형품.
