Abstract

본 발명은 차량의 제동등 제어회로에 관한 것으로, 해당 차량의 감속/정차를 위한 제동페달의 조작상태에 연동적으로 개폐되는 제동스위치(12)를 갖추어 제동페달의 조작시 제동전위를 생성하는 제동상태검출부(10)와, 상기 제동스위치(12)의 접속시 활성화되어 일정한 시정수의 주기를 갖는 구형파펄스를 생성하는 구형파발생부(20), 그 구형파발생부(20)에서 발생된 펄스를 반전시키는 인버터(30), 해당 차량의 차속전압에 의해 도통제어되어 상기 인버터의 출력레벨을 제어하는 제1트랜지스터(40), 상기 인버터(30)의 출력레벨에 의해 도통제어되어 그 컬렉터측에 접속된 상기 제동등(54,56)을 구동하는 제2트랜지스터(50)로 구성되어, 후방차량에 대해 해당 차량의 제동상태를 표시해주고 해당 차량의 차속이 소정치 이하로 감속되거나 정차상태로 되면 그 제동등을 지속적으로 점등시켜 주게 되므로 해당 차량의 제동상태와 주행상태를 정확하게 표시해주도록 된 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 제동페달의 조작상태에 따라 감속/정차상태를 표시하는 제동등(54,56)을 갖춘 차량에 있어서, 해당 차량의 감속/정차를위한 제동페달의 조작상태에 연동적으로 개폐되는 제동스위치(12)를 갖추어 제동페달의 조작시 제동전위를 생성하는 제동상태검출부(10)와, 상기 제동스위치(12)의 접속시 활성화되어 일정한 시정수의 주기를 갖는 구형파펄스를 생성하는 구형파발생부(20), 그 구형파발생부(20)에서 발생된 펄스를 반전시키는 인버터(30), 해당 차량의 차속전압에 의해 도통제어되어 상기 인버터의 출력레벨을 제어하여 상기 제동등(54,56)의 점멸/점등상태를 제어하는 제1트랜지스터(40), 상기 인버터(30)의 출력레벨에 의해 도통제어되어 그 컬렉터측에 접속된 상기 제동등(54,56)을 점멸/점등 구동하는 제2트랜지스터(50)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제동등 제어회로.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1트랜지스터(40)는 제동상태에서 베이스에 상기 차속전압이 인가되고 컬렉터측이 상기 인버터(30)의 출력측에 접속되어 그 베이스에 소정의 차속이하로 되면 도통되어 상기 인버터(30)의 출력레벨을 일정한 전위로유지시켜 상기 제동등(54,56)이 일정한 점등상태로 유지되도록 하는 PNP트랜지스터로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의제동등 제어회로.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2트랜지스터(50)는 상기 제1트랜지스터(40)의 비도통상태에서 상기 인버터(30)의 구형파 반전펄스에 의해 스위칭 ON/OFF되어 상기 제동등(54,56)을 점멸구동하게 되고 상기 제1트랜지스터(40)의 도통상태에서는 상기제동등(54,56)을 점등구동하는 PNP트랜지스터로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제동등 제어회로.
