Abstract
광 섬유 증폭기(33) 및 협대역 필터(35)를 갖는 사용자 측 장치에 세개의 포트를 갖는 순환기(31)를 사용하므로써 광 통신 시스템에 있어서의 단일의 광 섬유(7)를 통한 양방향성 전송이 이루어진다. 섬유 증폭기(33)는 근거리 또는 원격지에 위치되어 펌프될 수 있다. 음향-광학 변조기는 실향 및 하향 파장을 비동조시키므로써 간섭 레일리 노이즈를 감소시키므로, 유리하게 이용된다.

도면은 본 발명에 따른 예시적인 광 통신 시스템 및 이 시스템에 사용된 본 발명에 따른 장치를 나타낸 도면이다.
Claims (7)
- 적어도 세개의 포트(A,B,C)를 갖는 광 순환기(31)와; 상기 두개의 포트(B,C)에 광학적으로 결합된 섬유 증폭기(33)와; 상기 포트 중 적어도 하나(B)에 광학적으로 접속된 필터(35)와; 상기 포트 중 하나의 포트 및 상기 섬유 증폭기(33)에 광학적으로 결합되며, 데이타를 수신하기 위한 포트를 갖는 변조기(39)와; 상기 섬유 증폭기(33) 및 상기 변조기(39)에 광학적으로 접속된 멀티플렉서 결합기(37)를 포함하는 광 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 변조기(39)는 음향-광학 변조기인 광 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 멀티플렉서 결합기(37)에 광학적으로 결합기 수신기(41)를 포함하는 광 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 멀티플렉서 결합기(37)에 광학적으로 접속된 펌프 레이저(53)를 더 포함하는 광 장치.
- 복수의 송신기(103,105)와; 상기 복수의 송신기(103,105) 및 적어도 하나의 펌프 레이저(107,109)에 접속된 결합기(101)와; 상기 결합기(101)에 접속된 광 섬유(7)와; 적어도 세개의 포트(A,B,C)를 갖되, 상기 포트중 하나의 포트(A)는 상기 광 섬유(7)에 접속된 광 순환기(31)와; 상기 포트 중 적어도 하나의 포트에 광학적으로 결합된 섬유 증폭기(33)와; 상기 포트 중 하나의 포트(C) 및 상기 섬유 증폭기(33)에 광학적으로 결합된변조기(39)와; 상기 섬유 증폭기(33)에 광학적으로 결합된 멀티플렉서 결합기(37)를 포함하는 광 통신 시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 결합기(101)에 광학적으로 접속된 디멀티플렉서(111)를 더 포함하는 광 통신 시스템.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 결합기에 광학적으로 접속된 복수의 수신기(113,115)를 더 포함하는 광 통신 시스템.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
