Abstract

흑연 브러시가 정류자표면상에 접촉되어 미끄럼 운동을 하는 회전 전동기에서 상기 흑연 브러시와 상기 정류자사이에 피막을 형성시켜서 윤활 작용을 수행할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 상기 전동기의 운전에 의한 출력 특성을 향상시킬 수 있도록본 발명은 동분말 및 흑연 분말을 포함한 혼합 분말에 동분말이 코팅되어 있는 이황화 텅스텐을 첨가제로 첨가시킨 흑연브러시 제작 방법을 제공한다.

제1도는 정류자상에 회전가능하도록 접촉되어 있는 브러시를 구비하고 있는 전동기를 일부 절개시켜 도시한 측면도, 제2도는 본 발명에 따라서 제작되는 흑연 브러시의 제조 순서도.

Claims (2)

  1. 자동차 전동기에 사용되는 흑연 브러시를 제작하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 흑연 분말에 결합제를 첨가시켜서 제작된 괴상의 흑연을 오븐에서 50 내지 80℃의 온도로 가열시켜 용매성분을 증발시키는 제1단계와, 상기 괴상의 흑연을분쇄시켜서 소정 크기의 입도를 갖는 수지 함유 흑연 분말을 생성시키는 제2단계와, 상기 수지 함유 흑연 분말에 동분말 및 분말 형태의 첨가제를 혼합시킨 혼합물을 가압 성형시키는 제3단계와, 상기 가압 성형처리된 혼합물을 600 내지 800℃의 고온에서 소성 변형시키는 제4단계로 이루어져 있으며 상기 첨가제는 동분말이 코팅되어 있는 이황화 텅스텐을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 전동기용 흑연 브러시 제작 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 동분말이 코팅되어 있는 상기 이황화 텅스텐을 1 내지 10 중량% 정도 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 전동기용 흑연 브러시 제작 방법.
