Abstract
본 발명은 자기헤드용 비자성세라믹 기판재에 관한 것으로 특히 응력발생을 저감시키는 새로운 조성의 세라믹 기판재료를제공하여 금속자성 박막과 비자성 세라믹 기판과의 열팽창계수차에 의한 금속자성박막의 박리, 쪼개짐, 깨짐 등의 결점발생을 방지하고 조직의 치밀화로 미세경도를 증가시키도록 조성하여, 자기헤드가 테이프와 영상 기록및 재생시 습동주행에 의한 내마모성을 향상시킴으로 자기헤드의 수명을 연장시킬수 있도록한 것으로서, 기본 조성은 CaO가 10~30 mol%, NiO가 50~80 mol%, Al2O3가 10~30 mol% 비율로 되는 삼성분계 복합 산화물 비자성 비판재료이고, 상기 재료에 Y2O3, MnO, SiO2중에서 선택한 1종 이상을 0.5~5 wt%의 소결소제를 첨가시켜 조성한 것이다.The present invention relates to a non-magnetic ceramic substrate material for a magnetic head.
