Abstract
본 발명은 소형버스 또는 트럭등에 사용되어지는 강화프라스틱(FRP)재 판스프링에 대한 것으로 공차 및 적차의 하중 변화가 클때 스프링의 효율을 좋게 하고 차량 자세의 변화를 예방하기 위한 것으로 발명의 주된 목적은 공차의 상태로 부터적차의 상태로 하중이 커질때, 만곡진 형상으로 변하는 강화프라스틱재 판스프링의 변화를 억제시켜주므로 적차된 상태의 하중을 더욱 견고하게 받쳐줄 수 있게 하고, 또한 차량의 자세변화에 대응할 수 있도록 하는데 있다.The present invention relates to a plate spring of reinforced plastic (FRP) material used in small buses or trucks to improve the efficiency of the spring and to prevent the change of vehicle attitude when the tolerance and the load load change large.
