Abstract
본 발명은 다기통, 스파크 점화 엔진용 촉매 컨버터용 가열장치를 제공한다.
점화기관의 반수 4기통의 경우 기통 #2와 기통 #3을 공기 과잉율이 0.6의 과농 혼합기체에서 운전하고, 수소, 일산화탄소 및 미연소 성분의 가연개스를 생성시키고, 다른 반수의 기통 #1과 기통 #4는 연료의 공급을 정지하여 공기 블러워로서 이용하도록 하고, 반수의 기통 #2와 기통 #3에서 생성된 가연개스와 다른 반수의 기통 #1과 #4에서 공급된 공기의 혼합에 의한 가연 혼합기체를 배기계의 촉매의 상류에서 설치한 스파크 플러그 등의 점화기구를 내설한 연소기에서 연소시켜 촉매를 급속 가열하도록 한다. 이 장치는 특별한 연료공급장치 및 공기 블로워를 필요로 하지 않고 촉매를 급속 가열 활성화한다.

제1도는 본 발명의 가열 장치의 구성도를 나타내는 개략도이다.
Claims (1)
- 다기통, 스파크 점화 엔진, 엔진의 배기 매니포울드의 하류와 촉매 컨버터의 상류에 설치된 점화기구를 내설한 연소기, 및 다기통 스파크 점화기관의 반수의 기통을 공기 과잉율이 0.6 이하의 과농 혼합기체에서 운전하고, 수소, 일산화탄소 및 미연소 성분의 가연개스를 생성시키고, 다른 반수의 기통은 연료의 공급을 정지하여 공기를 공급하게 동작시켜 전기 반수의 기통에서 생성된 가연개스와 다른 반수의 기통에서 공급된 공기의 혼합에 의한 가연 혼합기체를 전기 연소기에서 연소시켜 상기 촉매를 가열하여 활성화하고, 촉매의 가열 종료후에는 모든 기통이 통상의 방법으로 작동되도록 다기통 스파크 점화기관의 작동을 제어하는 콘트롤러로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 촉매 컨버터용 가열장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
