Abstract

본 발명은 습기에 강하고, 단열 및 방음효과가 크게 증대되어 일반 사무실이나 가정에서 칸막이부재 및 벽판 부재로서의 사용이 가능하며, 자체중량을 경량화하여 용이한 시공으로 시공기간을 단축함으로써, 시공비용을 줄일 수 있는 건축물의 조립식 벽판부재를 제공할 목적으로; 중간부에 소정 두께의 발포성 수지를 두고 그의 전, 후측에 제1보강부와 제2보강부가 소정의 간격으로 이격된 상태로 배치되어 기포 콘크리트가 타설되며, 이의 기포 콘크리트 전후면에 내장재와 마감재가 형성되는 건축물의 조립식 벽판부재를 제공한다.

제1도는 본 발명의 벽판부재를 이용한 시공예를 보이기 위한 욕실의 단면도, 제2도는 본 발명에 의한 벽판부재의 단면도, 제3도는 본 발명에 의한 벽판부재의 하부 고정 단면도, 제4도는 본 발명에 의한 벽판부재의 상호 연결관계를 보인 도면으로서, (가)는 정면도, (나)는 (가)A-A선 단면도, 제5도는 본 발명에 의한 벽판부재의 상부 고정 단면도, 제6도는 본 발명에 의한 벽판부재와 천정부재의 결합 단면도, 제7도 (가)(나)는 본 발명에 적용되는 제1보강부의 다른 실시예도, 제8도는 본 발명에 의한 벽판부재의 상부 고정을 위한 다른 실시예도, 제9도는 제9도의 조립 단면도이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 중간부에 소정 두께의 발포성 수지를 두고 그의 전,후측에 제1보강부와 제2보강부가 소정의 간격으로 이격된 상태로 배치되어 기포콘크리트가 타설되며, 이의 기포 콘크리트 전후면에 내장재와 마감재가 형성되는 단면을 갖고 형성되는 건축물의 조립식 벽판부재.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제1보강부는 벽판부재의 폭 보다는 다소 작으며, 소정의 두께를 갖는 철망 조립체로 이루어지며, 제2보강부는 상기 제1보강부의 양측으로 철근과 같은 지지부재가 삽입되어 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 건축물의 조립식 벽판부재.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 제1,2보강부의 하단은 제1보강부가 먼저 후측으로 절곡된 상태에서 제2보강부가 하측으로 일정 간격을 두고 전측으로 절곡되는 형태를 취하도록 형성함을 특징으로 하는 건축물의 조립식 벽판부재.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 하측면이 2단면으로 이루어지되, 그의 경계부에 상향 요입되는 요입홈을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 건축물의 조립식 벽판부재.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 내장재는 각종 타일 또는 인조석재등으로 형성하여 방수 접착제로 부착하여 형성함을 특징으로 하는 건축물의 조립식 벽판부재.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상측부가 제2보강부로부터 인출되는 상부 고정볼트와, 이의 고정볼트에 체결되는 고정부재를 개재시켜 천정 콘크리트에 고정됨을 특징으로 하는 건축물의 조립식 벽판부재.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상측부가 상기 제1보강부의 양측으로 배치되는 지지부재에 상하 슬라이드 가능하게 결합되는 슬라이드 볼트와 이의 슬라이드 볼트에 체결되는 고정부재를 개재시켜 천정 콘크리트에 고정됨을 특징으로 하는 건축물의 조립식 벽판부재.
